房間還不錯，但是上面地址和房間地址不一樣造成很混亂，我們住了兩天，第二天衞生沒有來搞，第一天説退房的時候沒有人入住可以2點退房，最後一天説不可以，不僅不可以延遲退房還催促提早退房，還沒到12點就有人敲門説要搞衞生還是連續2次不同的人來敲門，管家沒有服務意識並且沒有積極溝通

以前住過公寓，所以對公寓的衞生程度還是有心理準備的，不會想要太好。但是這次真的讓我破防了，這家民宿連住酒店最基本的一客一換都做不到。入住的時候很晚了，差不多凌晨一點，想着隨便住一下就算了，看着網上圖還行，就定了，本來也沒有多少期望。結果，入住沒有電，找不到人處理，找辦法自己取電卡。好不容易想辦法用身份證當電卡取好電了，進卧室洗澡準備睡覺，進廁所看到浴室還有上一個客户用剩的物品...真的是一言難盡，我也不知道床品有沒有換過。路邊100塊錢都比這負責任吧，實在忍不住大半夜評論，希望各位不要踩雷，怕得病。要不是實在沒地方住，建議還是住其他家吧。

雖然是面海的，空間比較大，但公寓管理很差，入住時很臟，有一股臭味，重新打掃才能住。住了6天，衹在我要求下打掃過一次清潔，不問就不管，不給衞生紙。房間密碼是通用的，安全也有隱患。而且價格浮動像過山車，定了就降價，也不退差價。好好的房子被這樣的管理糟蹋了……

酒店不在北洛！酒店不在北洛！酒店不在北洛！離北洛景區遠，而且是公寓，離小區門口很遠，停車要收費。房間就是普通公寓，體驗較差。密碼入住，空調一點都不涼。

這邊環境很好，樓下就是海邊了，比較方便帶小孩和長者佳的酒店，房問衞生挺乾淨整潔的，大體來説體驗感蠻不錯。
