Benikea Hotel Yangsan

It was great that it is close to Mulgeum Station and that I could rent and return a Socar right at the hotel. The staff were all friendly, and the breakfast seemed decent as well.

I chose this place because it was the only option for a business hotel, but I am disappointed. The disappointing aspects are... 1. Cleanliness... There was hair and dust on the floor. 2. The facilities and interior were not the room shown when I selected the hotel. My colleague, who booked by phone, received a room identical to the photos, but I, who booked via an app, received a room with facilities comparable to a motel. 3. When I requested a room change, the person at the front desk was very unfriendly, and I was eventually informed that a room change was not possible. These issues overshadowed the other advantages.

I booked a Deluxe Room for an outcall service for 95,000 won. I went expecting something like a semi-hotel, but in reality, it felt more like a motel designed like an officetel. There was no bidet, the toilet had visible screws, and there was uncleaned hair in the bathroom. There was no clothes steamer or anything like that. There was a karaoke bar nearby, so I could hear some noise. Honestly, considering the price, I thought I should have just gone for the best room at a motel instead. The staff were friendly, though.
