Yangshuo Mengyuan Shanju Hotel (Xingping Ancient Town Branch)

Great location, walking minutes away from ancient town. The person that runs the place is really helpful too, he can help book tickets for sunrise at xianggong and also with e scooter. He helps with recommendations for places to go too

We had a really great time here. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The rooms are very clean and spacious, beds are comfortable and sheets are soft. Shower has good pressure and our room had a hairdryer of very good quality. The owner is super kind and he gave us all information about what to do in xingping and Yangshuo. We totally would come back!

The view from the room is amazing and the location is walking distance from the bus station that takes you from yangshuo station. Although, the room had lots of harmless bugs (flies and moth) which is understandable due to its location right next to the mountain. However the door was wide open upon check in which probably didnt help. The mattress is not the most comfortable so would not recommend long stay. But if the view is worth it one or two nights is probably okay.

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel and everytime I have enjoyed my stay. The boss is lovely and friendly, even using an umbrella while it's raining to help put our luggage in our Didi and make sure we got to our Didi as dry as possible. The service is still lovely even after a year. The beds are comfortable and the views from the room is beautiful. Will definitely be back if I ever visit Yangshuo again.

We were greeted by the husband owner and his son as soon as we arrived. He provided us with complete touring info via Wechat. Super helpful everything with the how, where and what all in one . Easy to translate in English in the WeChat app. Easy check in to our 180° glass room , the view from the room is breathtaking. The wrap around deck provided us a great area to relax and admire the surrounding hills and mountains. The pleasant birds chirping in the morning and during the day made this a perfect spot to stay. Everything was well equipped . Comfy bed, nice thick towels , cool air-conditioning, washing machine and dryers as well . We hired a scooter from the owner and it was easy to zip around to all places. We loved our stay , on our departure, the owner was so very kind to offer us a bottle of their homemade rice wine to take . That was so very kind of him . I would highly recommend it to others , you definitely will find your little place of heaven in this busy little quiet Xiping town. Thank you for having us. Loved from New Zealand 🥝
