Very beautiful and comfy hostel, very nice common areas where you feel home ! The staff is welcoming and helpful, the cat is funny and cute, there is a washing machine and dryer, the location is very central and convenient. Perfect stay :)

For the price, it’s a decent option. You get the sheets upon check in and you’ll need to make the bed yourself. One downside is the noise from the construction on the road the hostel is on – it can get a bit loud in the mornings. But overall, it’s an affordable place to stay!

The host was incredibly friendly and approachable, always ready to help with any questions. As it was the off-season with fewer bookings, they even offered us a complimentary room upgrade. Our room was spacious, and all essential amenities and facilities were well-provided.

Small hostel used manly by younger Chinese travelers. Basic accommodation. Toilets OK. It has a big living room were one can chill.

Xingping Ancient Town Thirty Degrees Grey Youth Hostel – Male 4-bed dorm (private bathroom) for 45 RMB. It really puts things in perspective! Compared to the hostel next door, the price is similar, but the facilities and overall environment here are noticeably older and more worn. However, it does have more of a traditional international youth hostel vibe. There's a nice big projector screen on the ground floor, which is a plus. Being only 4 stories high, it's a bit short, and the rooftop doesn't offer much in terms of views. It's a nice touch that the rooms have balconies, though. The in-room WiFi is very weak, practically unusable; you have to go down to the ground floor lobby to get a decent signal.

My first time staying in a hostel, and it was a fantastic experience! On the first night, the room was packed and lively, with everyone chatting about travel tips and sharing recommendations for delicious food. Although it got a little noisy early the next morning when two guests were packing for their early bus, the overall experience was still very positive. The rooms and beds were spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping staff coming in. There's a large balcony, a laundry room, and even a dryer on the fourth floor. I even had a delightful encounter with a cool, slightly aloof cat! The hostel is super close to the Xingping 20 Yuan banknote scenic spot, Xingping Ancient Town, and Xingping Bus Station. As a first-time hostel guest, I was not disappointed at all. The front desk staff, especially the young lady, was incredibly nice and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. On the day I left, I even forgot to return my key, but thankfully she called me back, haha! Definitely recommend!

The location is good. I liked everything except the cleanliness of the bathroom. Free washing machine, AC working perfectly.

Helpful with giving information about hiking about nearby mountains and water activities. There is a wall with the information on it and they can send via WeChat more detailed directions. Good stay and great value for money.

amazing hostel and the first proper mattress i had in china! very easy to meet people! but the name is very missleading... i booked this hostel thinking it would be in yangshuo town... it is not haha so i lost the money for one night i couldn't cancel!

The hostel was in the center what is very nice and the reception was very friendly and helpfull. You have to make the bed yourself, but for the price, I think it's perfectly fine. At least you know it's fresh.

Great stay, good location, nice people and clean rooms. The toilet is a squatter but that doesn’t bother me.
