因為是自駕和帶有寵物，在比較了好幾家之後選了房東這一家。首先停車很方便，有固定車位還是室內的，即便沒有電梯直達，因為是二樓所以行李拿起來也不是特別費力吧。然後小區很大很安靜，遛狗特別好。房子本身格局合理，雖然也看到一些衞生死角，但不影響使用吧。洗臉巾和馬桶一次性塑料紙算是細節上面的加分項了。提點小意見，一個是淋浴間比較小，花灑的角度又不可以調節，所以每次洗澡難免有水漏到外面，沒有地墊巾的情況下，地面就很多水難清潔。二是馬桶墊紙可以升級成無紡布的，塑料紙太粘皮膚了。另外洗衣機不知道出了什麼問題，總顯示E2無法使用，因為衹住兩天，所以沒有和房東溝通解決這個事情。
