老闆人很好，很熱情，屋子很大，但是衞生真的不太好，那個馬桶蓋上都是尿漬，真讓人崩潰了，本來覺得230元在延吉住，環境應該差不多，但是那個樓道真的像大家評論所説的，都怪我沒仔細看評論，就看屋子大小了。

無早餐，位置還可以，延吉也就那麼大，離哪都不遠。房間不隔音！非常不隔，樓上幹什麼都能聽到。停車的位置非常少，樓下是婚宴酒店，別人辦婚禮，停的車會把車位裏的車擋住

酒店客房面積非常大，剛剛裝修的，非常好！聯繫店家提升一下洗漱用品的檔次，直接影響酒店檔次！！另外淋浴間裏安裝一個可以放洗漱用品的小平台，其他的幾乎無可挑剔！！這兩項調整後每間房可以提高100元。

本以為是個酒店，結果其實是個民宿，還是個什麼都沒有的民宿，跟普通的民宿相比，都不怎麼樣～浴室的水龍頭的水，還沒有撒尿的水流大～這個環境一晚將近800元，簡直就是貴的離譜～希望改進一下吧～

房間很大，乾淨衞生，價格很便宜，去哪也方便出門有公交車站，打車也不貴十來塊錢去延邊大學，民俗文化園，樓下就有順姬冷麪，鍋包肉和紅燒明太魚特別好吃，斜對面有牛肉湯飯，都是特別特別好吃的當地美食，延吉滿大街都是美食，住了幾天也沒吃全，等下次再去

住宿體驗非常差，接近600元的房間，又臟又破，什麼都沒有，設施特別舊而且傢俱還都是壞的，毛巾很臟，床單也臟。牆上還貼着大喜字，很瘮人。總之永遠不會再去

暑假的延吉忽然很熱門。這家民宿屬於性價比很高了，附近也有很多好吃的，晚上吃個串，慢慢溜達回來特別好。老闆很熱情，也很敞亮，不錯
