The location is easy to find and parking is easy. The room is clean, the space is large and practical, and the facilities are complete. The sea view outside the window is fantastic. Forgot to take pictures of the interior of the room, but it is still highly recommended!

一個民宿毀了我對煙台的印象
晚上接近11到的小區 按照攜程導航走錯了路 又問店家 按照店家定位又找了很久
進屋以後一股難聞的複雜的臭味撲面而來 趕緊去開陽台門 沒想到一打開是一堆鳥屎 空調掛機就邊上 不得不關上門...
房間裏各種臟亂差 廁所更是沒法用 更扯的是 兩個屋子 一個空調遙控器 問店家 店家説就是一個 我兩個屋子怎麼用啊 後來店家直接不回覆了...
攜程上寫着廚房有電磁爐問了店家也説沒有電磁爐看了廚房那麼臟最後連門都懶得開了 屋裡提供的紙巾是2021年的 這樣做民宿 很難做下去啊 怪不得沒有實景拍攝照片
慶幸我們到的晚 進屋後匆匆洗了一下就趕緊睡了 第二條一大早起床就走 多一分鐘都不想待 沒想到還收停車費 也不想和這家扯皮了 也因為在這裏逗留時間短 停車費不多
希望大家不要踩坑

這次來煙台玩 體驗最不好的一家了 床單 枕套 都沒換 上面還有頭髮 廚房的操作枱不乾淨 燒水壺也是污垢 衹添加小區環境的照片吧 希望改善一下 迎接下一波遊客

房間乾淨整潔 傢俱家電也是齊全的 睡眠比較淺所以對周圍是否嘈雜有一定的要求 入住後感覺很安靜所以睡的很踏實。前台也很熱情 貼心 下樓就是海 打開窗户就能吹到海風 很安逸 適合來遊玩散心 大海能治癒一切……

應該説是，附近性價比最高的了。酒店比較乾淨，各方面都比較好，建議大家去住。棒棒的！住了兩晚，價格還這麼划算，非常nice🥰前台小姐姐人美聲音甜最重要的是處理問題很高效，必須要點贊！酒店設施很齊全，安全係數比較高，房間乾淨，東西都比較新，對周邊的便利條件，這個價格，還是很划算，早起還能還能看見日出，樓下就是海邊美景😄😄

非常愉快的體驗感，服務態度非常好，房間乾淨整潔，床墊子非常的舒服。去的晚點了，酒店前台小姐姐提前打電話詢問到達時間，等着我們。沒找到停車位，前台小姐姐也是很熱情的給我們指引。公寓式酒店，設備也很齊全，也挺安靜的，沒有亂七八糟的聲音，很優質的服務了。好評好評😀
