Banyan Tree Huangshan

My stay at Banyan Tree Huangshan was fantastic! I booked two packages for the Luyuan King Room and stayed for six days, and every day was a joy. All the staff here were excellent. First, I was assigned a butler named Amy, who provided warm and thoughtful service. She sent me WeChat updates on all the hotel's activities and told me to let her know if I needed anything at any time. It felt very considerate. The environment is also beyond praise; it's very close to Lucun Village, and the views from the balcony and the hotel lobby are simply stunning. It felt like I didn't even need to leave the hotel to experience the beauty of Huizhou. The hotel offers a rich variety of activities, like the fish lantern parade and the close-up experience of iron flower making, which were brilliant. My child also participated in various pastry-making sessions. The chefs were wonderful; we joined three times, and each time the师傅 (master/chef) was great with both kids and adults. The pastries we made were truly delicious. The only downside was the room where we made pastries; it might be too close to the outside, as it was a bit warm. I hope they can improve that. The housekeeping and valet staff were also exceptionally courteous and provided thorough service. All in all, my trip to Banyan Tree Huangshan was absolutely delightful!

I had a perfect birthday stay at Banyan Tree Huangshan! The hotel was incredibly thoughtful, preparing a birthday cake 🎂 and candles 🕯, displaying birthday wishes on the TV screen, and even offering an upgrade. It was truly full of sincerity, pleasant surprises, and joy. The hotel grounds are expansive, nestled amidst lush green mountains and countryside. Yet, the buggy service was always quick to arrive whenever called. There are so many activities available – fruit picking, tie-dyeing, fish lantern making, and even firework performances... almost too many to choose from! The sunrise from the viewing platform in the morning is also beautiful. Initially, I was just waiting for the sunrise 🌅 from the buffet restaurant's platform. Frank Zhou, the restaurant manager, despite being busy with his work, enthusiastically guided me to the Mingyue Restaurant, which offered an even wider view of the sunrise 🌅. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. There's a boy with curly hair and black-rimmed glasses who always greets guests with a smile, resolving various requests and inquiries, making you feel right at home. With such a wonderful environment, abundant activities, and especially the impeccable service, I will definitely be back.

Complimentary fruit and gifts are provided daily, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities such as sunset rituals, iron flower performance, and fish lantern viewing. It's the perfect choice for those who love the Huizhou style and seek a slow-paced lifestyle.

Brought my wife here for our anniversary, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel service was excellent, and the parking lot even has charging stations. Our room was clean and hygienic, and breakfast was quite rich and varied. It's also super convenient to visit Lucun and Hongcun; a taxi ride costs just a few bucks if you don't feel like driving.

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the city or popular commercial spots and experience the ancient Huizhou-style towns of southern Anhui, this is absolutely the perfect choice. Lu Village next door is a wonderfully preserved natural area with Huizhou architecture, small bridges over flowing streams, and golden rice paddies. The breakfast here, from variety to taste, is definitely five-star standard. The service also deserves praise; the butler is always on standby, and all the hotel staff are very enthusiastic. Our child went to the petting zoo several times a day to feed the piglets and never got tired of it.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding comfortable, and the hygiene impeccable. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and the staff were friendly. The location is convenient for visiting Hongcun, Lucun, and Xidi. My stay exceeded expectations. I participated in many hotel activities, such as iron flower performances, Huizhou ink experiences, and sachet making. The hotel breakfast was very rich, especially the freshly squeezed juice and fresh meat buns, which are highly recommended. I'd love to come back again.

Banyan Tree, as always, lives up to its excellent reputation. The service is top-notch, the environment is spotless, and they cater to your every need! Upon arriving at Banyan Tree, the welcome ceremony after getting out of the car was very distinctive of Huizhou. The fermented glutinous rice wine was also delicious and not too sweet. A waitress in the dinner restaurant was absolutely wonderful – always smiling, taking orders, and providing service that was incredibly professional. She truly deserves commendation! We dined at the dinner restaurant for two consecutive evenings, and she served us both times. Her service was impeccable in every aspect, making guests feel very well taken care of. She definitely adds value to Banyan Tree! The hotel's photography service was also excellent; the service was great, the technique was superb, and they were very polite. The photographer was of high caliber, enduring the heat without any complaints, taking fantastic photos for guests from all angles! Upon checking out, we were even given a special Huizhou gift 🎁. It was truly a perfect stay! Fantastic!
