I highly recommend this guesthouse! The location is absolutely fantastic, perfect for taking photos. I was initially worried about noise, but my concerns were unfounded. It's a 300-year-old house, and I really admire the wisdom of the ancients; it's bustling outside but quiet and peaceful inside. I was given a room on the ground floor near the entrance, and again, I worried about noise, but the window soundproofing was excellent. The owner truly puts a lot of effort into running this place. The view from the ground floor is great. While the guesthouse might not look big from the outside, it's surprisingly spacious and full of charm inside, with many old artifacts preserved. I love Hongcun, and the guesthouse's location is super important. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends!

Great location, right outside the Moon Pond. It's a guesthouse converted from a century-old house with a nice ambiance. The owner is very enthusiastic and provides pick-up and drop-off services. Even though it's right next to the main scenic area, it's not noisy at all.

It was my first time staying in such an old historic house, and the experience turned out better than expected. If you're particular about sleep quality, though, you might want to look for a newer place instead.

Last time I stayed here for a trip with colleagues, and this time I booked it again for a family trip. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of the scenic area. The Moon Pond is just outside the door, and breakfast can be had at the snack shop next door. The rooms are converted from historic residential buildings, and many areas still retain their original charm. There's a book in the room that tells the history of the house. The 'Hundred Rabbits Parade' event at night was fantastic; sitting right in front of the hotel was the best viewing spot. The owner was very enthusiastic and helped with luggage delivery to and from the scenic area entrance.

The room was spacious and very convenient for getting around. The guesthouse itself was quite unique.

This guesthouse is right by Moon Pond, the central scenic spot of Hongcun, just a few steps away from the most beautiful views. The entire courtyard is a century-old house with exquisite wood-carved windows and brick-carved wall decorations. It's very well-preserved and maintained. The room itself isn't large, but the sheets and towels are spotlessly clean. The landlady is also a very warm and friendly girl from Northeast China who enthusiastically recommended a great restaurant to us. All in all, it was a very comfortable stay! 😌

Finally got to stay in the highly anticipated Hongcun century-old house B&B! The location is superb, right by Moon Pond, and as soon as you open the courtyard gate, you're greeted by the unique ancient charm of Huizhou. The entire old house is steeped in 300 years of history, with rich Huizhou architectural charm. The courtyard is exquisitely maintained, and you can feel the strong cultural heritage everywhere. The owner is particularly thoughtful, offering to pick up and drop off luggage at the scenic area entrance, saving us the hassle of dragging bags through the ancient village. The environment is quiet and pleasant. Sitting in the courtyard, admiring the upturned eaves of the old house, you can escape the city's hustle and bustle and fully immerse yourself in the slow pace of life in Hongcun. The service is attentive and thoughtful, making the overall experience fantastic. You definitely won't be disappointed choosing this place when you come to Hongcun. I'll choose it again next time!

Facilities: The facilities are good, with everything you need. The room is quite new and spacious. The air conditioning works very well, and the hot water is excellent. The curtains are a bit sheer, so very light-sensitive guests might want to bring an eye mask. Hygiene: The room is clean, and the bedding is clean. There were a few small flying insects at night, so it's best to close the windows early. Environment: The location is truly excellent. It has its own small courtyard, and the window of this scenic room faces Yuetan Pond. Yuetan Pond is right outside, and everything is close by, perfect for early morning photo shoots, haha. Around Yuetan Pond, there are breakfast shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and cultural and creative bookstores, making it very convenient for exploring. The fish lantern parade also comes this way at night. Service: Check-in and check-out were very convenient. The owner is very enthusiastic, provided a travel guide, and contacted us before arrival. They can help with luggage into the village. Overall, very satisfied!
