The stay at Hongcun Zuoxian Art Hotel was remarkable. Received a call from the host (小李管家) while on the way to confirm my arrival time and needs. She even helped me arrange a driver to pick us up from the Huangshan North train station at a reasonable cost. Driver (李师傅) was friendly and gave us lots of tips while visiting Huangshan and we ended up using his services throughout the 3 days we were there. When we arrived, 小李管家 was right at the hotel entrance waiting for my for us and checkin into our rooms was a breeze. Rooms were clean with all the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay. Most impressive was the hotel layout and design which was very artsy and minimalist for a place like Hongcun. It was simply amazing! Me and my family especially loved the lobby and the coziness especially in front of the fireplace during winter. Hotel Location was within walking distance (200m) to Hongcun Ancient village and around 40mins drive to Huangshan mountain and around 1.5hrs drive to the Huangshan North Station or Tunxi Ancient Street. Will definitely recommend this hotel to all our friends and relatives if they are planning to visit Huangshan one day!!!

The heating effect of the air conditioner is also poor, the hot water is not very hot when taking a bath, and the breakfast is so-so. Service: The service of the little sister at the front desk is good, and there is a driver to drive a rickshaw to the parking lot to pick up and drop off. External cars cannot enter the scenic area. The hotel is in the scenic area. Buy tickets online in advance and enter the scenic area by swiping your ID card. A hotel worth recommending.

One suggestion is that it is better to install a door curtain in the bathroom as a backup, because it is not easy to change clothes in the shower room. Food: The breakfast is very homely, but it is rich in variety. Others: The boss thoughtfully prepared a map, marked the main attractions and nearby scenic spots, and also gave some itinerary arrangement suggestions.
