호텔 룸 청결도가 별로였고, 어메니티도 별로 였습니다. 숙소의 위피도 대중교통을 리용하기앤 불편했어요. 처움 통화할 때 통화한 직원이 불친절해서 첫인상도 별로 였습니다.

가족여행으로 에버랜드를 가려고 숙박을 잡고 첫날 밤늦게 도착을 했어요. 그날 내린 눈과 비로 얼어있던 비탈진 길을 주차장으로 잘못보고 올라갔다가 미끄러지는 바람에 오도가도 못했을때 호텔직원분들께서 염화칼슘도 뿌려보고 밀어도 보고 도와주셨는데 해결을 할수가 없으니 일단 아이들과 숙소들어가 계시고 다음날 해결을 해보자 해주셨어요. 보험회사에서도 도울게없다고 출동도 안해주시는데 직원분들께서 그 비를 맞고 비탈진길을 계속 오르락내리락 해주시고ㅠㅠ 다음날 다른 직원분들도 더 나오셔서 우리가 일어나기도전에 염화칼슘 미리 뿌려놓으시고 밤새 지켜봐주신 덕분에 많은분들의 도움으로 무사히 차를 내릴수 있었고 자칫 못갈수도 있었던 에버랜드도 잘다녀오고 무사히 여행을 마무리할수 있었어요ㅠㅠ 방 상태 시설 난방 등등 전혀 불편한것도 없었지만 특히 직원분들의 배려와 도움을 저희 가족은 평생 잊지못할거에요!! 복 많이 받으시고 오래오래 번창하셔서 꼭 다시 뵐 수 있었으면 좋겠어요! 감사했습니다!!

其實整體環境好靚，但由車站行到酒店的路程實在太遠了還環上一段很長很斜的路實在相當幸苦，如果有小朋友就梗不方很，所以不會再考慮
