服務：每次出去 我把房卡放前台，回來叫他們刷卡説刷了 然後跑上去 發現打不開門，又跑下來，好幾次了。
環境：環境一般般，旁邊有個舞蹈室，星期六星期天回特別吵 不是很膈音
設施：門都打不開 電話也是壞的 後來換了房間
衞生：換房間後，洗頭髮的和沐浴露都沒有然後還是我叫阿姨拿的，之前住7樓703那個房間 我睡了幾天 然後身上起紅疹子，後面睡5樓
最NB的是一直叫我給他們點好評什麼之類的 然後今天退房 要我給他們點好評然後我沒有理 就要我超時費，我都沒有超時半個小時收我30元，（白瞎了住那麼久 ）！！！！
