The hotel was perfect for our overnight stay in York. We booked breakfast and evening meal and the food was really good. Definitely use again.

We arrived late at night. The receptionist was still there to greet us. It was a nice stay. We enjoyed the night. The continental breakfast was succulent.

Just a little bit far away from city center, it took us around 10 minutes to get there by bus. They offer a wide variety of food and beverages for breakfast, and surprisingly, most of them taste great.

The sound insulation of the room was too bad. At 3:00 in the middle of the night, a child began to cry for nearly half an hour.o

Location is nice close to the station and has a very cozy vibe

With drainage problem, USB socket on the wall cannot be used, bed quality not so good

The staff are nice and friendly. There is car park at the back of the hotel. It was a nice and convenient location. We stay on the ground floor, only a few steps up, from the reception. It was very great, we don’t need prepare the sofa bed, they had done before our arrival. Only the cleanliness is a bit not up to standard. There is nail polish left on the desk and plastic clip on the floor. It is nice to provide tooth brushes and razors. However, no slippers can be provided, which is the only thing we had forgotten. The body and hand wash are locked, it was empty in the shower, we needed to call for refill. If we can move the one from the basin, then we don’t need to bother the staff. The worst is no sound proof at all. You can hear someone outside in the corridor and even next door. We can hear next door’s conversation clearly.

Looks dilated from the outside but the rooms are good and the location is great. Plenty of on site parking.

Good location just near the rail station, but the room maybe not soundproof enough :)

Service OK. Breakfast is OK, but the coffee flavor blend. Room cleanness is average.
