整體服務差勁👎🏻，晚上9點多了入住人員在走廊裏大聲喧嘩酒店也不管管，打電話投訴還説一些和自己無關的話就是説是入住的旅客！早上早早地就在走廊裏又開始喧嘩，打掃衞生人員聲音也是特別大！明明知道設備老舊隔音不好就要多注意！入住感受差勁得很。

這個酒店其實住着還可以，房間中規中矩，裝修也中規中矩，衞生也還可以。停車場假期的時候不夠用，早飯也還可以。但是服務人員態度都非常傲慢，住了兩天都遇到有人和酒店工作人員吵架😅😅我們住那天車位緊張，可是停車場裏還有各種三輪車佔的位置，跟前台反應她説他們的車位要靠搶？？？！！！總而言之酒店管理非常一般。希望老闆對打工人好點，感覺你的員工怨氣都非常大😂😂

其實不該滿分。前台美女給我安排的房間是二樓，樓道與飯店相通，恰逢入住這日有宴會，出出入入的人特多。
酒店房間大，衞生好。家俬全，床品舒適，早餐開飯早菜品味道不錯，另外有一自有停車場。車場所在的衚衕深處有眾多小吃。酒店離運城博物館不遠，步行可至。門前有公交車88路至老城。吃住行遊都方便！最最令人滿意的一點是：酒店十月一長假價格實在！
對了，屋內有收費飲用水！

金輝還是很不錯的，金輝的房間很大，在附樓的地方隔音也不錯，早上有免費的兩份早餐-外面售價10元，早餐三葷三素是自助餐形式，還是很不錯的，值得住吧……

房間很大，設施中規中矩，該有的都有，衞生還行，老牌酒店。停車有院子，方便。收100元按金，從攜程預訂酒店好久沒交過按金了，有點不適應，不過退房後，退按金還是比較快。附近吃飯的地方也比較多。

白班前台服務態度極差，跟誰欠她錢一樣，剛住進去一個小時後發現牀頭櫃旁邊特別臟，有個牙刷蓋和避孕套，下去找她換房，結果她説是我都進去一會了，不給換，給我打掃一下，結果我回來一看就把垃圾撿起來扔樓道了，地上還不知道啥液體沒處理。
