Everything is good and lovely except the fact that they are doing a rehaul on their aircondition system, causing the rooms to not be airconditioned. It was extremely stuffy and they didn't mention this issue to us when we checked-in till we called the front desk and asked. They sent us a fan after the call which helped with the stuffiness, but it would have been better if they had been upfront about it.

國慶節到運城玩，之前在運城的兩個縣裡住的酒店都比較差，就想在運城市區住的好一點，金鑫算是運城的老牌酒店，總體上是可以的，價格不貴，停車方便，服務熱情，房間乾淨，整理及時，自帶飲用純凈水龍頭，餐廳服務很好，飯也很好。美中不足是細節還需要改進，比如房間自帶的茶是茶包，瓶裝水也很一般，4L農夫山泉要20塊錢，真的影響了第一感受，如果再把這些小細節改進一下，就很完美了。

1.服務，晚上九點左右到辦入住，前台三個員工給大概包括我在內四五個客户辦入住，一團亂。有一個員工似乎不會。入住進房間由於空調問題，與前台電話溝通四次，等待20分鐘左右，沒有人來處理。回答口徑是晚上樓層服務員衹有一個人，，暈菜！這麼大酒店夜班服務衹有一個！！
2.晚上9點倆人入住，調整空調19°，吹倒了半夜23.23，温度已經飆升到27°，把我們倆人熱的一身汗，而且温度還在上升，沒辦法開門串風。與前台溝通多次（參考意見1），回答説，空調在檢修。根本不製冷。那麼我入住時候為什麼不提醒？？
在接近凌晨，，樓層夜班與一個領班，幫我們搬到了8樓房間，這層樓地毯剛清洗完覆蓋著，葯水味道。太困了，就這樣吧
賓館衞生環境在當地不錯，以前來都是住這裏，這次暴露的所有問題其實不是設施設備，就是管理出了很多問題！一個企業如果人的管理出問題了，就説明是老闆出問題了！！老闆出問題了，員工就放羊了！希望老闆開會做個內部檢討，是不是最近就顧着喝酒了！

態度很好，可是業務很不熟悉，不管是入住，還是續住，還是退房，一堆人輪流上，還是耽誤很多時間，建議考核下辦理的時間！早餐服務人員態度惡劣

到運城旅遊入住了這家酒店。房間不大，設施一般，最差的前台的穿黑西裝的值班經理。27日下午辦理入住時我提出換成大床房，她不同意。讓我退了預訂重新預約才行。我們三人，房間都是雙早，用不了，她説房間每天會送果盤。結果住了6天，從未見到什麼果盤。房間對門是酒店每天租給不同的人辦婚禮，結果是每天很早樓道里房間門口就聚了很多人，可想而知有多吵鬧。幸好這幾天多為陰天，但衹要有太陽西曬的房間很熱，酒店早已停了空調。早餐看似品種不少，但真沒什麼好吃的，78元的自助晚餐菜品也不好吃，不值。這樣的酒店還是不要來吧。

因行程意外無法趕到（衹能第二天到），錯過最晚取消時間20點，約21點與酒店溝通能否取消或第二天入住。酒店表示可以直接申請取消，不會退款，表示感謝。發起退款後被酒店拒絕。第二天換了別的酒店。

停車場:有自己的內部停車場，還有專人負責，自駕遊的會感到很踏實的。
房間:房間是新裝修的，硬件很好，衞浴洗手池是美標的，馬桶是TOTO的，床很寬大，應該是2.2米的，這個酒店應該把所以房間配備床的尺寸再做精準了，推送給攜程推廣，要不有些介紹的不準確。
在酒店房間能有主光源的很難得，而且許多細節做的很到位，比如燈的開關（我有拍圖），非常簡單明確，不像有些酒店安裝完了都不標明讓人總是按錯很麻煩。
早餐:很豐富，如果能有現磨咖啡機就更好了。
自助晚餐:酒店有給優惠券，也為了方便在酒店吃了自助晚餐，怎麼説呢，優惠下來。三人平均55元，從品種上講還可以，品質上還有待提升，從製作上要多下功夫。這裏説的不是切的刀功多細，而且味道方面不是特別吸引人。整體講究色、香、味俱全，現在光有色，另兩個比較牽強。

如果從性價比，設施整潔程度來選擇，這家酒店無疑是來運城旅遊的首選，前台及各服務人員也很熱情有禮貌。美中不足的是，8層是無煙樓層，但是8層樓道內 房間內抽煙的人很多，而且8層好像有個餐廳，晚上人來人往，較為喧囂。另外房間Wifi也不太穩定，建議改進。一層餐廳蒼蠅較多，用餐者隨意餐廳內吸煙無人制止，也應重視。如果是個吸煙的愛好者，這家酒店更適合。
