Hotel is on the bottom of the rice terraces. Easy walk to the cable cars. Good location.
Hotel staff was very helpful. Not much english though.
Easy to book taxis back to train station by the end of the trip.
Hotel room was a bit old and not super clean, but okish.

提前打電話確認的酒店情況，也算是誤打誤撞，非常滿意的入住體驗。酒店在山腳下的舊遊客中心邊上，到梯田景區開車上山還要20分鐘的樣子，應該是跟雲和梯田景區是一個集團管理的，購票有優惠，入住的管家給了很好的折扣，全程熱心回答問題，可以前一天下午去看梯田，然後出來跟梯田工作人員説下第二天一早去看日出，第二天我們忘記帶票上山了，非常抱歉的五點多打電話給入住時的接待人員，她一直在熱心的幫我們想辦法，後來順利進入景區看到了日出，非常好的體驗，早餐也很好吃。感覺不一定要住在山上，凌晨開車上山的體驗也很美妙，住在這裏進城去找好吃的飯店也很方便。關鍵是工作人員都很專業也很親和，餐食乾淨，環境很安靜，停車也方便。

很好，環境很好，特別是空氣質量好，離景區很近，車停酒店走上去15分鐘就到索道口，省得堵車心煩，也鍛鍊了身體！

沒有電梯，住的房間離的有點遠，扛行李有點費勁。
湊上下雨天，濕度有點大，房間裏潮潮的感覺。早餐一般能管飽。

帶陽台的房間很小，且陽台推拉門的玻璃都是壞的，早餐咖啡機壞了也不貼個便簽條説一下，光看見咖啡豆不見咖啡機，害的我們好找，問了下麪條的阿姨，才知道咖啡機壞了。沒有電梯，大件行李衹能自己往上搬。

這次和家人帶着小狗特地自駕來雲和看梯田，選了雲想家這家寵物友好酒店。酒店地理位置不錯，就在景區的遊客中心，周邊有幾家飯店，停車場很大。開車到雲和核心景區九曲雲和20分鐘車程。入住酒店前，酒店工作人員就加了微信，告知了來酒店的路線和解答了一些關於景點的事項。雖然酒店不是很新，但房間非常整潔乾淨，不得不説酒店前台吳樂燕和張小勸兩位美女服務特別好。入住當天看我父母年紀比較大又帶着狗狗就幫我們升級房間，住在更安靜的區域，而且還主動幫我提行李箱。酒店的早餐豐盛，味道也不錯，父母很滿意。買的酒店套餐券很划算，特別是稻生的咖啡很好喝，原鄉小館的餐食相比其它農家樂來説就一般了。離店的時候，發現父親的眼鏡遺留在房間，微信聯繫了她們，她們幫忙找到眼鏡還和伴手禮一起郵寄過來。這次入住非常滿意，下次來雲和還會住這家酒店！

帶孩子去雲和梯田玩，酒店房間很大，離梯田很近，早餐還行，附近有幾家農家菜生意很好，味道也不錯。我們沒開車，步行過去12分鐘，一邊走一邊看看風景，雲霧繚繞的山，潺潺流水，風景很美。
