Hotel is a little bit old but room was wide and clean. Swimming pool was good and Breakfast was nice too.

It's not 5 stars hotel, in front of the hotel is huge construction site, so it was very load in the morning and I couldn't sleep, the staff know about it, but didn't give me another room.

大避雷！千萬別住！！！根本不算五星酒店，連宣傳圖都是騙人的，實際上酒店門頭和大堂就是鄉鎮酒店的樣子。這個酒店應該就是為旅行團準備的，全都是旅行團，酒店門前每天停的全都是大巴車，房間裏很重的黴味，鋪的地毯已經很久了，洗手間設施很舊，毛巾都是已經起毛了，酒店早餐水平甚至不如如家，早餐廳也全是旅行團，正常入住的客人和旅行團早餐吃的東西也是一樣的，就是旅行團團餐的水平，而且早餐廳地面都粘腳了，大避雷，定房前一定要慎重

房間超乎想象的大，衞生間也很大。空調很好，很暖和。本來以為會很冷，因為在鳳凰古城很冷。前台
服務：人員很友好，有問必答。很貼心的給我們免費延長退房時間了。而且酒店門口打車也很方便。我們是自助行，沒有跟團。
感覺5星級酒店裡屬於性價比很高的了
