Zhangjiajie Yongding District Hotels

Perfect location, the Tianmen Mountain cableway is about 15 minutes away by foot. The Staff at the desk speak English and and are very helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel is really good too. I would 100% stay here again. You just can’t complain. They add you on WeChat when you arrive at the hotel so you can communicate with them whenever you need to.

Wonderful hotel very close to the entry for Line A Tianmen Mountain (long cable car). It was really easy to walk there. There are also a lot of shops around so if you need anything last minute there's no worries to be had. The room itself was amazingly clean and fresh, the bed was comfortable and the sheets, towels and bathrobe were also very very soft. Our stay included a breakfast and we enjoyed the food selection, which included both Chinese traditional food and more western dishes. The staff was very friendly both at check-in and checkout. Definitely reccomended staying here.

The hotel location is excellent if you are visiting Tianmen mountain. It is only a few minutes walking distance away. Lots of restaurants and a Macdonald nearby. There is free pickup and send service. The staff is very patient in explaining the scenic spot at trekking route at Tianmen mountain. The room is not full sound proof. We can also smell cigarette from guests smoking nearby.

The stunning views of Tianman Mountain from my room were absolutely mesmerizing—waking up to such beauty in morning was a dream. Plus, watching planes take off and land at the nearby airport added a unique charm. The room was spacious, clean, and perfectly positioned to maximize the panoramic scenery. Whether sipping coffee at sunrise or relaxing at sunset, the vista never disappointed. The mattress was absolutely a bit hard for my liking, but overall, 99% loved the room. The combination of mountain serenity and airport energy made this stay truly special. I love the street food, and everything was written within walking distance. And unforgettable experience Wish I had more time to stay but I have to return to Canada, Unfortunatel.y😊 Highly recommend for anyone seeking a hotel with unbeatable views and a memorable experience!

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Zhangjiajie. The location was perfect—just 200 meters from Cable Car Station A to Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park. It made getting to the scenic area incredibly convenient. My room was so big, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain!

dan dan, our advisor/ receptionist during our stay was extremely hospitable. she picked us up and dropped us at the airport. apart from that, they have wechat which allows the staff to connect with you quickly if you have any issues or enquiry during your stay. she mapped out our zhang jia jie trip since we only planned to do a day just so it’s worth it for us and for us a really good price as compared to other platforms. since we checked out early, we left our luggage at the receptionist and came back from ZJJ to take a quick shower - she was really nice to offer that. on top of that, they have laundry room w washing machine and a dryer too! (and free laundry detergent) the breakfast was average though. other than that, it’s all good! would 10/10 come back again

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is good, 5 minutes by taxi to the central bus station, from which you can easily get either to the Zhangjiajie national forest park or to Furong town ( from the railway station , it is located in the same place). From the city center ( which is around 20 minutes of walk) you can take a cable car to the Tianmenshan . Staff is friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The room was spacious, and the staff was extremely kind. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The location is magnificent. A huge thank you to Andy, the lobby manager, who accompanied us throughout our stay. He advised and guided us through the various activities available nearby. We are very happy and highly recommend the hotel !

My friends and I had an amazing experience at 嘉宁 hotel in Zhangjiajie. The room was very nice and clean and the people from the reception were extremely kind and helpful. They assisted us in booking tickets for places such as Tianmen mountain and Wulingyuan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone and would also like to stay there again next time! Oh and the view was also very nice! 😊🤙
