Top 5-Star Hotels in Zhangjiajie

It was a nice stay here! Very close (walking distance) to the cable way up to the Tianmen mountain. And the river in front of the hotel. The room was big. No noise during sleep. Breakfast was nice, not busy and on high floor with view. Service was good with some small fruits and deserts with kind messages. Good hotel for visiting the mountain.

Location is great for traveller who would like to visit national park for few days. About 1km away from park’s east gate. Highlight of the trip is concierge George who is knowledgeable and provide great recommendations of routes to this huge park.

Our stay here at Harmona Resort and Spa was by far one of the best stays while traveling to multiple cities throughout China. All the staff here at Harmona was so welcoming to me and my niece. As 2 American girls who don’t really speak the native language- the staff here was so attentive and catered to all of our needs. Cherry, Nikki, and Fenfen from the front desk made our check in and check out process so easy. Especially Cherry, she was our translator, our go to person when we needed anything or had any questions. She was literally just a WeChat message away! She was so sweet and helpful and made our adventure in Zhangjiajie so much memorable! The resort itself is huge, you can definitely walk around by foot to explore but from our room to the front desk or to dine at the resort is a bit of a walking distance. So aside from the front desk staff- we had Shan, Mr. Zhao and JK who were the sweetest drivers - who shuttled us to our rooms and where we needed to go every day. They were literally just a phone call away! And last but not least- our favorite part of the day to get our morning started - our breakfast! The breakfast buffet here at Harmona has such a wide variety of selections for you to choose from. Heidi, Mao Fenfang, and Fu Donghua was the most cutest and sweetest staff at the restaurant. They attended to us every morning during breakfast and made sure we were well fed and taken care of. The rooms here are clean and the views from room were spectacular! I have to say, I have stayed at many resorts and hotels but the staff here made us feel like we were right at home. From the front desk staff, to drivers, restaurant staff and housekeeping! Our sweet housekeeping auntie made sure every morning my niece and I had everything we needed. I can’t express my gratitude enough to the staff here at Harmona. The resort also offers complimentary shuttle Avatar mountains and to the glass bridge/grand canyon. We have throughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much Harmona Resort and Spa for making our stay in Zhangjiajie so much more memorable! We will definitely be visiting again and will be telling all of our families and friends what a great place this resort is with most of the kind, sweet, and friendly staff! Very close to the entrance of Zhangjiajie West, this small but highend countryside villa resort is well-appointed, clean, and with beautiful views of the Zhangjiajie mountains in the distance. We had breakfast every morning and two dinners in the villa restaurant which were delicious. While far away from the Zhangjiajie City, the location wad perfect for people seeking quiet, natural countryside living in a highend villa.

The hotel is amazing, service, cleaness and facility wise We absolutely satisfied. The breackfast was included and was international and Absolutely delicious. Great variety. The only thing that upsad us was, the fact that tbe swiming pool didn't workbut other wise the hotel is like palace. Its 15 min drive from the main attraction, so wherever wr go we use a taxi. We had 2 nights and 3 days, was amazing taht we visited Avatar mountain and the glass bridge along with so many other activities

This was a 5 star experience, it was amazing, the service was very personalized. They had someone in charge of our stay in the hotel so anything you needed you could just text the person and they will do their best to make your experience excellent. Our person in charge was 小张 and he made our stay feel so good. 100% recommend this stay, so relax. The only thing is that it’s far away from the city. So if you want city experience then don’t stay here because it is 40 min from the city. This is up in the mountain. In summary, the views here are sooooooo damn pretty and I love it.

Booked this room for my family. The room is super spacious and elegant. Really love their wall printings and design. It might look less modern than other hotel but its cleanliness is still great and nice. Recommended.

The room is clean and the hotel front desk service is good. The location is very close to Tianmen Mountain or 72 Wonderful Towers. The breakfast is also rich. It would be better if the signs outside the hotel lobby were clearer.

The hotel is located near the park entrance, Charming Xiangxi show and Wulingyuan city center. The hotel has a large selection of Chinese and Western food for its breakfast hotel. The room we received was large and spacious. Although the hotel is supposed to be non smoking, we found smoke smell entering our room. After we informed the front desk, they promptly arranged another room for us. Thanks to their service we enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff was very friendly and helped upgrade the room. Mr. Xu from the concierge department was very thoughtful and took the initiative to drive us to the gate of the scenic spot. It was very commendable and I will definitely stay here again next time.
