What a wonderfuuuul experience, I highly highly recommend this hotel and definitely will come back. Wonderful location beside everything, national park and attractions, and restaurants and supermarkets but in a very classy and a quite area away from the noise. I really cannot find any words to describe this wonderful experience. The design is wonderful, food is high quality and a big variety of chinese and western food. Rooms are cozy and very comfortable beside having a very high standard design and technology. They picked us from the railway with a wonderful vip car with massage for free. They also upgraded my room yo a wonderful room. The most important aspect at any stay is the staff. The staff here from the first second were soooooo helpful and very very nice kind and welcoming. They helped us booking tickets beside doing everything to please us and always making sure we are satisfied. I'm speechless from what they did to us and how they treated us, best hotel I've stayed at in China.

The room decoration is very good, very new, better than many chain hotels, and there is an elevator, air conditioning, the first one I went to is similar to this price, but it is central air conditioning, the front desk is not open, here you can open it yourself, the hotel is very close to the sign gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park (East Gate). A taxi is about a dozen yuan. The boss's service attitude is good, and he will try his best to meet us if there are reasonable requirements. He will recommend the restaurant. It is not the kind of active soliciting pit people. It is great!

An absolutely wonderful stay at Wulingyuan in Zhangjiajie! The hotel is fairly new, modern and clean, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with many varied choices. This hotel boasts a prime location that makes exploring the Wulingyuan area effortless. It is just a short didi car ride away from East Entrance Gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park and Baofeng Lake. It is also within walking distance to the Charming Xiangxi Show. A special shout-out to the amazing lady butler, peng peng 朋朋, who truly made our trip extra special! Her thoughtful recommendations and itinerary planning helped us make the most of our time at Zhangjiajie. Her advice on the best local spots to eat was also spot on. We are truly impressed by this hotel's exceptional flexibility and commitment to guest satisfaction. When our travel plans unexpectedly changed in the middle of our stay, they provided us with a free cancellation for the rest of the booked days. This level of customer care is deeply appreciated. Highly recommend this hotel for an exceptional stay. Looking forward to coming back!
