Cypress Cloud Hotel (Cuiyun mountain, Chongli district, Zhangjiakou)

The room was not cold and was very clean and tidy. The only drawback is that the road is not easy to walk on and the snow is not cleared in time, but this is not the hotel's problem.

The hotel is so beautiful and suitable for vacation. It is located inside the Cuiyun Mountain Forest Scenic Area. Please note that it is inside! It was so beautiful to stand by the window and look at the forest. It snowed on the day we left. It was so beautiful, the rime landscape. The service was very good. They upgraded our room with floor heating. They were worried that we would be cold and added extra heating. Breakfast was very rich. You can eat hot pot here, you can contact the front desk of the hotel. It’s a great place to rest here in winter and enjoy the snowy scenery. I’ll come here again next time. The service is also super great.

An electric heater was provided for fear that the children would be cold, but it was quite warm during the National Day and was not used. The hotel environment is very good, just at the foot of Cuiyun Mountain, a 5-minute walk. This is also its disadvantage, it is too remote. There are no other facilities around. It's suitable for a quiet escape from the heat in summer. The sunset in the mountain view room we booked was beautiful. The two beds can be pushed together and are super large.

家庭房1雙人床1單人床，早餐免費，看了那位7點到店客人兄弟的評論，心裏有了準備，在崇禮城裡看了盛大的煙花後走，10點到店，有地下車庫，房間整潔，地暖暖和，熱水很好，電視遙控器是小的，機頂盒遙控器是大的，健身房在二樓，早餐在一樓，是家常食品，可以吃好，酒店門口白樺林滿山坡，滑雪道近在咫尺，但未開放，向東的公路沒有剷雪，是上山路，怪不得導航不讓走這條路去太子城。離開時沿山谷出山，一家人心情舒暢。

房子很新，有地暖，還額外給了電暖氣，前台小夥態度好，服務專業，點贊！路上還遇到了馬，馬很可愛

設施：酒店很新，剛開業一個月，設施都很新，新到酒店電視的膜都沒有拆（是不是可以拆了，哈哈），房間也夠大。 環境：距離翠雲山森林公園步行五分鐘，特別近 服務：服務很好，酒店工作人員接送站，很準時，服務周到熱情。 衞生：其實房間算打掃的很乾凈，不過我們入住之後發現房間的拖鞋和淋浴室的地墊沒有換新，和前台反應之後也很快送了新的來。酒店剛開業可能房間管理略有疏漏，可以理解，房間整理可以更細緻。 總體來説，體驗很滿意。 建議：雙人間最好是放四個枕頭，兩個頭枕，兩個靠枕，櫃子裏多放一床被子備用，天氣馬上冷了，這樣佈置可能更方便一些。
