This is the equipment we want, so we chose this hotel. Overall It feels okay. The room is larger and more comfortable. There are also welcome fruits and a hot water foot bath. The bathroom is also quite big! The front desk service is also very good. Breakfast is useless and ends at 9 o'clock. For those of us who don't get up that early, it's really early😞

The dishes are large and you can order half a portion. I ate three meals in just one and a half days. Before leaving, I gave away dried jujube slices. We stayed in this hotel in 2 different rooms for 2 nights. The first time we got a room with the whole wall being painted. It was bright but a bit too bright to my taste. The duvet cover had 2 big holes in it but the bed clothes felt clean. The AC worked fine. Since we only needed to sleep in this hotel, it was perfect for us: not too expensive and with great location. It is one minute away from a metro station, very close to a nice restaurant we really enjoyed. The second time we booked it the room was even better: pale yellow painted walls work a lot better I think. Be prepared that you will hear a lot of hotel noise because the walls are quite thin and there are no windows in the room we chose but we knew that from the very beginning. You will like this hotel if you are not too picky and just need a clean and not expensive place to stay.

Super awesome hotel. I have stayed in no less than 30 hotels this year by car, and this one is the best! Although the price is cheap, the service and rooms are great! The room is super big. There are yogurt and various snacks on the table as soon as you enter. It can be regarded as afternoon tea. About half an hour after entering the room, the waiter brought the heart-warming white fungus soup! It was quite cold these days when I checked in. When I checked out the next day, the front desk gave me two bottles of hot water. It was great👍👍👍👍👍👍👍. I will stay here again in the future when I go to Zhangye!

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt very angry, clean and tidy. The front desk lady was very warm and the service was very good. I checked in very neatly. I helped us send the luggage to the elevator. The room attendant greeted us and helped us lift the luggage to the room. Also introduced the use of TV and phone in the room, as well as yogurt and snacks, foot wash buckets, the room is quite big, the hygiene is very clean, the items are neatly arranged, very good experience, next time I come to live here. Very good hostel to stay in Zhangye and travel around. Hostel itself is clean, conveniently located and comfortable. You can book tours with the hostel to nearby attractions such as Zhangye Rainbow Mountain, Pingshanhu or Mati Temple (very useful as they organize the transport to the places, which can be tricky or time-consuming with public transports here). Recommended!
