Parking is convenient and the room is huge. Very satisfied. A family with a lot of luggage needs a large room like this. The bed is a bit hard, maybe I'm not used to it. The temperature was not high on the day we checked in, but luckily the air conditioner was able to heat the room. Everyone must choose a hotel with heating. The breakfast is quite satisfactory and filling. The girl at the front desk was very nice. We arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening. After driving all day, we were lucky to meet the girl with a good service attitude. Because the room only came with two meal coupons, she saw that we were bringing a child and gave one more as a gift. Thank you young lady. No pictures were taken, it’s the same as the Ctrip pictures. Zhanjiang shrimp cakes are delicious.

Before the epidemic in 2019, I went there for the first time and it was newly renovated. It felt good. Then I went there two or three times and it was empty for nearly two years. The feeling of going there this time was too bad. I booked a twin room and got an upgrade. I used points in exchange for breakfast, but I couldn't get breakfast. The room had a musty smell and the mattress was too hard. Very large room with a small TV. All in all, I feel bad and I won’t book again next time.

The environment is very poor. There is no sound insulation at all, the noise is too loud and it is difficult to sleep, and it is very dilapidated.

This time I went to Zhanjiang to choose a hotel for a long time and chose this hotel, which is a bit unexpectedly good! The hotel is very clean and well-equipped. The bed is very comfortable and the alarm clock can't wake you up. When you check in, you will get welcome sugar water. The service attitude of each waiter is very good. The lady at the front desk is very cute and helped us store our luggage. She also asked us what needs we had and was very considerate. I really felt full of warmth! I will stay here again next time I come to play!

The front desk customer service is very good, check-in with fruits, late check-out, guest room customer service is responsive. But the biggest downside of this stay was the poor attitude of the waitresses in the restaurant. She was scolded for breakfast both days, which greatly affected her mood. For breakfast on the first day, she gave her two breakfast tickets. After going to get breakfast later, the aunt asked us to get the breakfast coupons, and she had a bad attitude. When I went to eat the next day, the auntie who was making porridge asked you if you had finished eating just now. Why are you eating again? Need to give coupons! Sister, we haven't finished eating, we haven't left the restaurant at all, so we are speechless. It is recommended that the hotel improve the comprehensive service quality of its service staff!
