First of all, the landlord will tell you the address and the nearby parking lot before coming, but we chose the underground parking lot to save two steps. The furniture in the room is very beautiful. I like the style and the bed is very comfortable. The first is the overall feeling. The second is that the bed is comfortable to sleep because it took a few hours to put something in the refrigerator. The boss was very enthusiastic to consult us about the time of the next tenant as far as possible to help us next time we come.

最開始房主聯繫我，説我定那間房沒退房，免費給我升級了房間。提前詢問我的意見。樓下就是萬達美食街吃飯購物都很方便，房主還配備了餐具 鍋具太貼心了，偶爾自己做頓飯挺方便。配套的投影儀很清晰，洗衣機旁還備了洗衣液，還有烘衣機。住得很舒服後面又續住了兩晚，期間不會調電熱水器很晚聯繫房主，都很耐心的幫我解決。下次過來還定這家。服務很棒！

房東很好，火車早上很早到都讓我提前入住休息，房間的設施也很完好，熱水一開馬上就有，房間的佈置也很温馨好看，有冰箱有洗衣機設施都很齊全，床鋪也很乾凈，很好的入住體驗

湛江並不是旅遊城市，但是海鮮卻出奇的好吃便宜，所以找民宿要帶廚房啊，這個民宿就在萬達，晚上還可以逛，公交車站離的也近，房東熱情，專業，房間也乾淨，性價比高
