首先設施很舊，椅子不知道用了多久，爛了。牀頭櫃也是破的。一開始洗澡水是冷的，打電話給前台，告訴我全酒店都是這樣，調不了，又跟我説所有顧客反應水很熱，我再三要求才過來給我解決。過來後才告訴我一次性毛巾要錢，一條15，坑人。態度也不好，隔音也差，晚上可以清楚聽到隔壁旅客説話，退房的時候不鳥我，我在那站了很久，後面才問我什麼事。
