衞生還不錯，主要是老闆人好，肯讓我們先休息一會，收拾東西，而且有一個小飄窗，不錯，我還蠻喜歡的

附近挺吵的，從下午入住就有樓下的人打麻將挺吵的，晚上十二點多還在比較吵鬧，有和老闆投訴老闆也非常負責任地去解決，但是後面還是挺吵的，凌晨兩點多也還吵……

沒有電梯，自建房的民宿，衞生挺乾淨的，住了兩天，感覺還不錯，住在五樓，很安靜的。

本來是考試過來睡覺一天準備明天考試的，但是過來發現拖鞋都沒有洗澡一點不方便，但是晚上安靜衞生還可以，除了沒有一次性牙刷那一些東西。然後這裏走路去肇慶大沖考試需要半個小時，高德地圖顯示速度是每小時5km。

一下訂了兩間房，環境好，衞生乾淨，比較清靜，下次有機會去肇慶還會選擇，價錢經濟。老闆娘比較禮貌，就是發的定位導航有問題，老闆還親自開小電車出來接
