酒店地理位置很不錯，對面就是公園。也有自己獨立的停車場。前台服務也很熱情。早餐也比較合口味。周圍有餐館。不錯！推薦！酒店旁邊萬客香餐館很不錯。分量足，價格實惠，也是前台小姐姐推薦的。點贊👍

非常滿意的一次出行體驗 酒店才開沒多久各方面都比較乾淨衞生 不低於200才一晚的酒店檔次 性價比超級高 房間也很大 比麗楓酒店兩百多一晚的房間還大 正好這次去女朋友生日 提前聯繫了酒店經理 酒店經理提前幫我佈置了房間 鮮花鋪床 吹了很多氣球 女朋友也非常開心 而且酒店並未收取我佈置房間的費用 再次感謝酒店經理 第一次很認真發自肺腑的評價 值得推薦的一個酒店 出門就是望海公園

提出一個質疑，酒店收取按金告之是因為房間裏有付費商品，但是房間並沒有放置任何付費商品呀（見圖8），進入房間時趕緊拍照為證呢！

房間超級大，一定要訂他沒們的商務大床房，我就是從精品大床房換過去的，經濟又實惠。早餐也還行，還有專用停車場。昭通本來就不大，住這兒也不存在説交通時長問題。

地理位置不錯，離望海公園很近，但停車場是硬傷。停車場很小，而且很多柱子遮擋，停在柱子後的車位上根本無法隨時開車出來，而且車輛太多，最後整個停車場連進出口的坡道上都停滿了車，早上一輛一輛的挪車，體驗太差了。
因為是才開業，設施不錯，尤其是淋浴，但服務確實有待加強。入住時發現床單上有黑色的污點，問服務員，服務員輕描淡寫的説，我們每天都換了床單了的，可能是換床單的沒有注意。？？？？？晚上電視看不起，下樓告知前台，前台説馬上請人來修，起碼二十分鐘後一個阿姨才來，弄了半天也沒弄好，對我們説她下去找人再來幫我們看，然後就杳無音訊了...早餐略顯簡單，最主要是同行的同伴幫我拿了一個雞蛋，一位大姐看到了我同伴拿了兩個雞蛋，立馬大聲呵斥到，雞蛋每人衹有一個，不能多拿，搞得我同伴很尷尬無語。
總的來説，不推薦，這個價格可以在昭通住到更好服務的酒店。

今天從昆明回成都，不想開車太累，果斷選擇入住昭通鳳南酒店。首先，這家酒店裝修現代氣派，由於是去年新開業的酒店，設施設備新，房間有30平米很大。特別是洗漱台、淋浴間和座便器三分開設立，很顯檔次，具有四星酒店的水準。其次，酒店雙人間是兩個1.5米的大床，非常寬敞，床墊也很舒適，晚上睡覺特別安靜非常香。更讚美的是淋浴間的花灑，出水特別温柔舒服，沐浴不要太愜意了。第三，酒店位置好，就在望海湖公園邊上，附近飯館商場、休閑娛樂很多。酒店前台小妹妹長得很乖巧，服務熱情，説話温柔，辦理入住動作很快。唯一想説的是酒店的免費地下停車場，太考技術了。我入住時停車，在酒店人員的指引下還比較順利。但第二天早上走時，一時大意，結果我的車被地下車場的牆柱掛了，心疼死了。

房間寬敞，設施齊全，衞浴乾濕分離，床鋪軟硬適度，卧具潔白如雪，沙發坐墊乾淨，圓形桌子喝茶辦公都很好用。早餐有熱炒，麪點，稀飯米線等，飲品有豆漿，早餐味道不錯，營養搭配合理。前台女孩人美心善，服務熱情。在這兒住體驗很好，下次得閑多住幾天。
