住的最差的套房之一，房間在一個轉角的地方，那裡是套房，就是一個長廊做的房間，一進門一個蟲子🤢，洗澡的時候浴巾上面還帶一個假睫毛😂，還是一半的假睫毛，可能是放籃子🧺裏的，阿姨能不能打掃乾淨一點😓反正下次不去了

巨差無比，首先洗澡的地上全是不明污漬;其次吃早飯的時候簡直是臟亂差，一個屋裡的桌子全部堆滿了碗筷和食物垃圾，沒有能坐下吃飯的空間，叫了很久也沒人來收拾，最後不得已在門口大廳吃。前台和服務員説人手不足，人手不足開什麼店?看見全是盤子垃圾一點胃口都沒有了，踩雷勸退，再也不來!噢對了，大夏天連個驅蚊燈都沒有，一堆蚊子。

住的最好的套房，本來定了四天，但第一天去告訴我原來訂的套房沒有了臨時給我換麻將桌那個，好👌不提前告訴我是吧，但我凌晨到的累的不行不想計較。到了房間簡直巨冷🥶，我一時間不知道這個住山洞有什麼區別？電視也打不開，叫了聲上來一頓折騰，已經凌晨一點，我穿着羽絨服縮在冷冰冰的被窩裡，又氣又困的睡著了，第二天早上依舊冷的不行，立馬退房換了酒店，三百塊錢算我買個教訓，避雷吧無語

今天是2024年一月底，店上線下價格區間228—398。我認為是很良心的價格啦。因為怡伴灣的硬件配置軟件服務，是可以用物超所值來形容的。前台和服務人員温和貼心，我能穩穩的感受到他們對客人的真誠關心，大家齊心要把酒店經營好的決心。他們温和而安靜地為客人服務，比如：每層樓道電梯廳都有放瓶裝水，方便取用，我喜歡他們這種不打攪卻用心的服務。
出差商旅全國各地我優先選擇全季，旅行到鄭州，我會再次選擇怡伴灣。
