首先説一下環境是很不錯的 感覺很高級 房間裏還有語音設設施 挺高級的 點外賣一樓還有機器人可以送到門口 雖説 開的第一間房當時沒及時處理 第二間還有上個留下來的東西 但是全程前台小姐姐一直道歉 而且保潔阿姨也當時幫我換了床單被罩 一邊道歉 而且阿姨還幫我鋪了自帶的床單 退房的時候前台小姐姐又是道歉 並且他們經理還説送我一些小禮物 雖説不是什麼特好的東西 起碼是讓我看到他們重視每一個人（説實話這裏還有健身房就感覺很高級）

這個酒店的位置還可以，離地鐵口很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，可接受。一眼看下來，房間衞生乾淨整潔，特別是酒店前台的服務，值得誇讚！我很喜歡，不錯不錯，點個贊！

這家酒店離鄭州的宜家非常的近，很多來宜家購物的外地人都會選擇在這裏入住，畢竟他是西安的連鎖酒店，在全國的酒店當中還是有知名的。在1樓辦完入住之後進樓上是需要刷卡的，樓上的環境和衞生也都非常的好，在這裏沒有體驗早餐，相信早餐應該也挺不錯的，另外一個他們家挺好的，就是由機器人服務，可以有機器人把外賣送到樓上。
不過要注意一點的是，有些房間是沒有窗户的，大家在預訂的時候一定要注意。

房間門口的燈沒人經過也會亮，隔一段時間亮一下，一夜沒有睡，感應燈説實話這樣也很嚇人不嚇人
早飯裏有頭髮，退房的時候告知了前台，以為下午加微信是表示抱歉的，沒想到是要好評的，一看我説的問題也沒有被重視
入住酒店的時候前台告知沒有我要定的房間了，但是攜程還是定下來了，出來了值班經理吧，説是要升級房間應該也是沒有升級給了預訂的房型。
但是還是感謝幫我解決了隱形眼鏡盒的問題，服務態度還是不錯的
