Banyan Tree Hotels in Zhuhai

I've always been a fan of Banyan Tree, so I've stayed at almost every one of their hotels. When I saw that Banyan Tree had opened in Zhuhai, I immediately brought my friends to check it out, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel environment and views are fantastic. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view room, where we could see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge and the Sun and Moon Shell from our room. Honestly, my friend and I could have stayed in the room all day without leaving, haha. The service was also excellent. I thought the service might be a bit lacking since it's a newly opened hotel, but from check-in onwards, the front desk staff and all the ladies we encountered in the lobby were incredibly friendly. I especially loved the welcome ceremony at check-in; the front desk explained it was called a ”vacuuming ceremony,” which was quite interesting, but unfortunately, I didn't take any photos or videos. The hotel restaurants were also great. I tried the hotel's Chinese restaurant in the evening, which specializes in Fujian cuisine—it was delicious and visually appealing! The breakfast was also very good, with freshly made traditional Cantonese dim sum, which was truly authentic for a Cantonese person like me. I'd definitely try it even if I'm not staying at the hotel in the future. The hotel's clam bar also had a fantastic view, but unfortunately, I didn't try any drinks. In short, everything – the view, the rooms, the service, and the food – was excellent. I'd definitely come back again if I had the chance! Oh, and I especially want to commend the front desk service. All the staff were incredibly welcoming during check-in, added me on WeChat, and replied to my messages almost instantly. They also gave us a very enthusiastic tour of the hotel and told my friend and me the fascinating stories behind Banyan Tree.
