整體清潔欠佳, 基本上四處都是塵， 梳化污糟，雪櫃邊全是發霉，洗衣機內藏著半桶水， 廁所感覺也不好的。
如果對清潔有要求的要好好考慮（尤其有小朋友），幸好床單被鋪是可以的，只求睡個覺是可以。
房間編配跟訂單會有出入, 本身訂四間全是觀澳海景房複式雙床房, 最後有一間沒有安排到觀澳海景。
雖然個"觀澳海景"都只係睇到一半, 但與訂單有出入就不太好。
還有我見佢地唔係成層都係公寓,有些房似公司或住宅？
所以我地所有房間都係打散於不同樓層。有需要同層的要問清楚。

又續住了兩晚，有點是房間足夠大，床也足夠大，這樣的大非常適合一家四口，缺點是衞生差一點，服務員不會每日清掃地面。

優點：離口岸近，停車免費，這兩點也是我下單這個酒店的原因。
説下不好的：
一是水壓太小，洗澡水像小孩拉尿差不多大小，非常無語了
二是我訂的【澳景房】，但與我入住前對【澳景】期望也相差太大了，原因是景觀都被前面一排排（是很多棟大樓）大廈擋住了的，當然通過縫隙也確實能看到澳門，衹能説多花的錢不值【澳景】二字吧！
三是整個過程沒有WIFI網絡，問了客服3次，我都不好意思了，最後回覆説，今晚搞不好了，明天叫網絡師傅來修，請問我是要連住嗎？還明天，明天我都到澳門了，或者還是説，每個房間沒網絡時，客服都這樣敷衍説一説？
最後，本次實際體驗，個人本質是差評，但還是習慣性【一般】評價吧

公寓就在橫琴總部大廈附近，直線距離確實不遠，但是橫琴口岸出口非常之複雜，很難找到出口。拖着行李有點累人，打車又比較繞路的那種。

離橫琴口岸很近，那邊有商業區方便買東西。交通也方便。
這個價位了，房間設施都ok有烤箱是亮點。夾縫中看澳門海景也…行吧。
比較煩的是旁邊是工地，每天早上六七點開始施工一直到晚上十點，有點吵。
發黃的枕套被套和沙發抱枕啥的是不是可以換換了。
