B2 Boutique Hotel + Spa

Pleasantly surprised with the friendly service received at the reception. Breakfast was good, especially the mini croissants and the fresh butter and cheese. Would advise you make it clear to the staff on your eggs order as one would offer you plain scrambled egg while the other would ask if you prefer to add on ingredients. Location is good, there is a shortcut to the train station from the back of the hotel. Room design could be improved but no complaints. All in all, I am thankful the service was warm and that really matters to me.

Arrived in Zurich and stayed here on our first night as we got situated for our two week trip. Upon checking in, everyone was overwhelmingly friendly with nothing but great energy and positive vibes. Hairo (spelling?) at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly helpful in getting us to the train station the next morning, arranging the taxi for us and letting us know what platform we needed to use. The hotel design was great. The library had a great atmosphere and is the setting for breakfast. The room was solid and functional for a one night stay. The spa was a great way to ease into our trip with multiple pools and saunas. Overall, it was a relaxed and trendy vibe but not too cool. The hotel was a little further removed from the city center, but for the first night that’s exactly what we wanted. It was still very close walking distance to a handful of food options and a local train station. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend. Would love to return.

Check in staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. said they would make the changes I'd requested to my room and I could have a drink at the bar while they sorted it all out. very professional and capable. My room was a little on the small side for the price but the rest of the experience there was fantastic

We ended out trip to the Jung Frau region at the B2. After days/miles of hiking it was exactly what we needed. Absolutely perfect experience.

This is an exceptional hotel. The setting, the decor and all the facilities are excellent and the staff are all friendly, well trained and efficient. Breakfasts are delicious and healthy. Location is fantastic. We loved our time at the pool and spa area. This was our first visit and we will be back!

Modern but cosy city stay! We were 2 days in Zurich to see the city but ended up also spending some time in the spa and take half a day just to relax, it is located inside the same building! What a find and an amazing relaxing touch to a city hotel. We loved the library vibe of the lobby/restaurant and the helpful staff! Would definitely stay there again!

Came here for a work trip though I had been to the spa and stayed there before for my birthday. There rooms are really modern and have a unique layout. The star of the show was the spa. It’s a multi floor beautiful spa with many different options for steam and soaking. The heated jacuzzi that takes up the rooftop that’s lit up with a perfect view of Zurich is still one of my favourite places to visit. The service is friendly as well and the breakfast is great too. They also have lovely home made cakes for your tea when you are waiting in the lobby. The lobby restaurant has a fabulous super tall ceiling lobby that is dramatic and beautiful. While the place isn’t the cheapest in Zürich I think it’s a really good value for money for what you get in the area. Highly recommend!

We visited the hotel’s cafe and it was absolutely astonishing. The room itself is beautiful with books and windows covering floor to ceiling. The menu is a “novel” with chapters and the lamp is made out of empty wine bottles - such an experience. We ordered coffee and desserts which were very nice and so was the staff. I would indisputably recommend to visit.

Located in a redeveloped brewery this hotel is a design challenge for the Architect and what a beautiful interpretation of Swiss hospitality was born with the B2. Rooms are quirky and I strongly recommend to book one of the Duplex Suites which is just pure luxury in terms of privacy, space and views. I can’t thank the Reception enough. The entire team went out of their way to make our honeymoon enjoyable. Well done!
