"Muy mal servicio, cuando llega al hotel hay consumo extra obligatorio. Aunque era tarde en la noche cuando llegué y no podía usarlo en absoluto, todavía cobraban tarifas obligatorias."
"The location of the hotel is very good, in the old city, 20 minutes walk to the main attractions. The room is very hygienic. The service at the front desk is very good. The breakfast is relatively simple, but it tastes good."
"The hotel is stylish and the facilities are very new, but the room is a bit small.
The bed was very good, the hotel staff was kind, and the location was about20-30 minutes from the city."

"Great hotel and staff and it’s amenities. When I was checking in trip.com customer service really helped me. Reception staff of the hotel I notice was surprised to see a man of color staying at the hotel."
"My partner had an issue with her leg and Four Seasons did not hesitate to assist and ask about her well being everyday. This is why I'm a regular Four Seasons customer!"
"Very good! The location is close to the convention center, which is very convenient for attending exhibitions. There are convenience stores such as OXXO nearby, and it is very lively and safe to go out to buy things at night.
The gym is great.
The restaurant is good and recommended by local partners.
The most recommended is the laundry service, which costs 45,000 pesos (about 12 US dollars) for a laundry bag and can get everything done. They will even fold it for you."
"Facilities: Quite new
Hygiene: Quite clean
Environment: Excellent location, convenient to everywhere.
Service: Free airport pick-up every hour.
I booked a deluxe executive room directly, and non-members can use the lounge, which is great. Thank you. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high."
"The hotel is very nice, and the price on Ctrip is also very good! It is highly recommended for friends who travel on business to stay here. It is the most recommended among all nearby hotels, five-star praise"
"Room Marriott standard, safe, guard + dog at the door, gym, SPA (experience can be, sleep), there are Italian restaurants and Western steaks, the environment is good. The advantage is that it is close to the airport (15 minutes), the disadvantage is that it is too far from the high-end living area - there is a high-quality lifestyle."
XXiejunwen sevenLocated in the rich area, in the office building, the safety and health of access is tall. There are Japanese dishes downstairs, Mexican dishes, local South American dishes, very convenient, and the service is polite and thoughtful. recommend.
MMkeMic90This is the 2nd time in two years we stayed at this hotel for interviews at the US Embassy. It’s a 15 minute drive from the airport.
Staff is very professional, attentive and helpful. The hotel offers free breakfast buffet. The buffet is a variety of Colombian food as well as breakfast favorites. The hotel’s restaurant has excellent menu. They offer some traditional Colombian food but with their own modern signature. The hotel offers free transportation to and from the airport. The drivers are professional wearing shirts, ties and sport coats.great experience at this hotel. downstairs form the hotel are many different restaurants, bar and ******. There are 2 large shopping mall within 15 minute walk too.
AAmybellI had always felt very good in this hotel, everyone had been so kind and respectful until today, December 3, 2023, at checkout, when the vulgar and unpleasant receptionist faced a mistake that we did not make, because according to her the payment was not I had made prior to check in I was going to call the police, the day we entered we asked if the payment had been made and they told us yes. We then proposed that they send us a payment link but they did not do it and they did not do it, instead this woman behaved like a vegetable seller, yelling at us and entertaining us in front of the other guests who were checking out, she is definitely not a suitable person To deal with humans, he knows no decency, much less customer service. An efficient and respectful person is supposed to be at a reception, but this lady does not have an iota of decency or education. Well on the other hand I want to give a special recognition to the girl in charge of the restaurant Dyana who should be in a position as reception since she is the most decent and kind person, always attentive to everything and with all her charisma she gets my 10/10 , this is quality staff, the same for Carlos, the bellboy who is full of kindness and efficiency. I recommend you be more efficient in providing. Several payment alternatives were provided to its clients, on a Sunday there was no one to enable a payment link or anyone to monitor the hotel's security.
GGuest UserIt's very close to the airport and the service staff can't speak English. Maybe it's because the check-in time is a little late, the front desk and the room are not in the same building. I searched for a long time, but no one gave me any guidance.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is in a good and safe location, close to great restaurants and bars, as well as the National Museum. The historical downtown isn’t far either, making it a convenient base for exploring the city.
The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly, speak English, and are always ready to help. The only downside was the bathroom door, which didn’t fully close, leading to water splashing outside. Other than that, everything was excellent.
Another bonus is the Georgian restaurant right next to the hotel. The food there is incredibly authentic and delicious - highly recommend it if you’re looking for something different!
MMileKruminaI stayed at this hotel with my mom. It’s really close to the airport and a few blocks from “El campin stadium” transmilenio station. Also a shopping mall is a few meters away. I stayed on a Wednesday so there wasn’t much music but I can see how it can be quite loud during the weekends as there are many clubs near by. The breakfast was good and the room was okay. I must say that this hotel feels more like a motel or bed and breakfast as it is extremely basic. No decorations or any living areas that are inviting so it’s good just for a night or two but not for a holiday. There isn’t any elevator and no men that can carry your luggage so my mom carried my suitcase up to the third floor and the receptionist and I carried the big luggage up to the room. The water pressure is great and the hotel has hot water. Also there is satellite tv with options in English and Spanish. I have no idea if the hotel staff speaks English or not as I speak spanish. Overall it was good as the area is safe and close to most places I wanted to go like Monserrate.
GGuest UserLong established downtown hotel (not to be confused with its namesake the Tequendama hotel - one block away). The location is convenient for accessing public transport and the airport - although it can at first feel a little intimidating particularly at night when the area is much quieter and there are not so many options for eating. The hotel itself offers spacious suite style rooms which although a little dated are well maintained and kept very clean. I also was not aware of any noise from other guests. The WiFi was a bit patchy, and the hot water could take a while to work through (possibly because I was on a higher floor).
Breakfast was substantial with a number of local dishes, which for me were a little heavy - so perhaps more lighter options could be considered. I didn't use either the gym or spa so can't comment.
Finally, all of the staff I had contact with were very approachable and professional. I generally communicated in Spanish but I believe that the reception staff at least had English language skills. Overall, I consider that the hotel offered good value for money for the price I paid (c.£43 per night)
YYalishandaiwangxiansheng#Praise# For location, room size, lighting in the room, close to the store, convenient transportation is satisfactory; the location is good, the nearby rich area is also guaranteed. Close to the business district of No. 93 Park, so there are a lot of food and a lot of bars. It’s just that the morning and evening peaks are really too blocked, close to the road, soundproofing is also average
