We lived in 2 rooms, and here are those rooms that through the road already old, dark and small, to the beach still far away, riding a car, and so the guys are respiratory very good and responsive. Well, the second room, more and better, much brighter and more comfortable. There is a pool and grill

Great hotel, very cozy. All entertainment and attractions are nearby, but the hotel itself is not noisy.
Good breakfast, happy hour in the evening with wine, cheese and snacks.
If there is not enough space for parking near the hotel, then a couple of blocks away you can park for $ 15 per day.
Of the nuances - noisy air conditioning in the room and a dirty pool (lots of leaves).

Nice and spacious room included Nespresso pods. Central location, not too far from Duval st. Breakfast included was alright, included hard boiled eggs, cereal, waffle machine, bagels and toast with jam, PB, and cream cheese. Starbucks coffee machine and water machine available throughout the day.
Air conditioning fan is a bit loud as the air handler is in the room. No one in the lobby to handle noise complaints at night, especially drunks using the pool after returning from a night out being obnoxious.
Charging a resort fee of $34.99, then charging $30 for parking is just an absolute money grab. Should've went with the other options that included the parking, but didn't include breakfast as that breakfast was not worth $34.99...

I checked in during the off-season and was upgraded to a room with a balcony. The yard and rooms look great, and the location is very convenient. But I didn’t expect that the old-fashioned window air conditioner was as loud as a tractor. It was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep at all one night~
The equipment in the old house has not been upgraded. If you want to sleep well, choose carefully.
In a place like Palm Beach where every inch of land is valuable, we were lucky to find such a treasure in the center of town. The hotel is located in the center and is a reconstruction of a century-old building. Although the equipment and hardware are outdated, it is everywhere that shows that details determine everything.

GGuest UserThis was a nice surprise. The location was awesome and accessible to everything that I did over the few days. I was there the hammocks the beach, the pool, the paddle boards, kayaks everything made it well worth staying. The staff were friendly.. parking was abundant. And even though it was on route one, it was set off the road and quiet.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good. Just downstairs is the white sand beach. It is difficult to choose a room because there are too many room types. After we selected it online, we felt that it was not ideal on site. We also chose a room facing the sea at the front desk. Of course, we had to choose another room. Add money. Hotels should do more to show tourists room options in this regard. The guy at the front desk was very patient and introduced the hotel's facilities in detail. We stayed for six consecutive days and the room was not cleaned. Of course, we didn't ask for it, so we didn't notice that they cleaned it every few days. The bed was okay, a bit soft, and the pillows were poor and messy. The bathroom is relatively small and the towels are old. There is a coffee pot in the kitchen, but it does not come with a bag of coffee, which is quite unusual. The hotel is not very big, but overall it is very warm and has complete facilities. The bar is lively, there is also beach volleyball, children's playground, heated swimming pool, SPA, etc., making it suitable for family vacations. All the staff at the hotel are very nice. There is a large supermarket about 700 meters away from the hotel. What is particularly worth mentioning is that the supermarket has a full range of alcoholic drinks at cheap prices. It only takes two or three minutes to drive to Pier Park, where you can find all kinds of delicious food and fun. There are also movie theater outlets, etc., which are super fun. In short, I still highly recommend this hotel, but since we went in the off-season, we don’t know the price in the peak season. If it was still about 150 dollars for our stay at that time, it would still be a good choice. Finally, I would like to thank the young man and young lady at the front desk. Their smiles are unforgettable to me. I will choose their home again if I have time.
GGuest UserExcellent location being on the water and close to everything from food and liquor shopping to have a restaurant with tiki boats to rent right next door, the fish house 2.5 miles away. Service was great from the office with TJ to have a good coffee machine in the office and 2 bottles of water in the room. This is my third time and always leave with nice memories.

GGuest UserCool new concept. Didn’t realize it’s the only one in the world. Nice, thoughtful amenities. Compact like a Mikrotel but with a funky arty twist. Clever sayings around the spaces that make you smile. Who doesn’t need to be reminded to smile while making a 1500 mile trek back home👩🏻🎨
GGuest UserBasic, but comfortable and clean. Air con works a treat but is noisy. Didn’t bother us but just in case it would be a deal breaker for other people. Staff helpful and friendly. Sea warm and about 30s walk from our room.
Would definitely stay again if I was ever in the Keys again.
NNicole CannonFun little lodge in a beautiful location. Old Florida style lodge. Rooms are basic but spotless. Beds super comfortable. Watch out for the elevator, though. Original elevator doors can pinch your fingers if you’re not careful!
Loved the fantastic boat ride. Tons of wildlife to see from birds to manatees to alligators. Be sure to reserve your spot in advance before the space fills, though.
Nice hiking trails on-site at the property.
Restaurant and lobby area can be extremely loud when they are having a private event because of acoustics.
We will definitely come back again.
GGuest UserBeen to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away.
The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool.
When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter.
The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks.
Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.
