This Quality Inn definitely lives up to your expectations!! They are Huge on customer service, providing smiles and help along your journeys, The rooms are super clean with great poolside views.! This particular hotel is connected to snazzy wings which is a restaurant with a fabulous menu to choose from. My experience with this property started off badly. I had accidently reserved rooms for it and another hotel on the same two nights. My rooms were nonrefundable. When I called to ask to change the dates--and I knew that they had rooms open for the dates I wanted--they absolutely would not consider changing the dates. ”Those are the rules,” the lady kept saying. I wasn't asking for a refund, just a change of dates. Although I know I made the mistake, I believe they could have shown me some grace since they had rooms open for the dates I wanted. I called the other hotel, the Marshall House, where I also reserved nonrefundable rooms and they changed the dates with no problem and were quite gracious about it. Once we got there, however, everyone was very accommodating and helpful. They offer parking at $15 a day, which is great. The room was gorgeous. I appreciated staying in a historic property. We ate at the restaurant in the inn. Both the food and service were excellent. They also provided a voucher for free drinks, which was nice, although I'd rather that they offered breakfast. They say that they don't because of COVID, but everywhere else we stayed did. Overall, a lovely property that I'd recommend.

We stayed here for five nights earlier this month. Nice room on a convenient location with extremely friendly and helpful reception staff. Breakfast was bedlam with food left lying on the floor under some tables (messy people). Items were not being replenished, it seemed as though any member of staff re-stocked items when passing. However our main concern was lack of security along with non compliance of rules. Despite being told our room was in a row of pet free rooms a cat was staying in the room next to us. One of us is allergic to animals and we felt extremely lucky we hadn't been given this room (room 120). Around the swimming pool area men were smoking and drinking beer. On the upper level above the pool men were also smoking. They set up a BBQ everyday on the landing with a chair from the room being used while cooking. It all made things uncomfortable for genuine pool users. A lot of noise went on outside our door in the early hours of the morning including screaming and crying. Nobody from the hotel sorted this and there was no way we were going to intervene. We feel the hotel needs to take more control on these issues. We would not stay here again.

Awesome service and staff! Rooms were exceptionally clean and sanitized upon and during my visit! Owner/manager accommodated my billing due to me being a traveling nurse which was very delightful and thoughtful! Area of location is very convenient and nice! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re in the area!

A chain of value-for-money hotels. It is acceptable to stay frequently, that is, stay for one night temporarily. It is clean, breakfast is simple but you can eat enough. Fruits, meat and juice are not bad. Live better if you have money

Everything looked, new, fresh and modern both in the lobby as well as in my guest room. I especially enjoyed the staff service & was recognized & thanked for being a diamond member of the hotel rewards program. Fresh coffee, several different types of hit tea & lemon ice water were available first st and 2nd shift. Breakfast was superb & featured a side variety of both freshly cooked hot items, dairy selections, juice, fresh fruit and more. I never had a problem getting more towles when I needed them,. The housekeeping staff was very courteous and respectful & the front desk made the daily payment process a breeze. I have no one negative thing to say about my stay here. I will definitely be back
The University Inn at Emory

The semi-basement is very humid and the air conditioning in the house is not drained. The refrigerator and air conditioning are noisy. After changing to a three-story room, the indoor air conditioner has a dehumidification function, and the refrigerator is basically no noise, which is quite good. The room is large and feels like a motel. Good location, across the road is EMORY University, there is a bus stop at the door to enter the city. There are many small restaurants walking nearby, which tastes good. The service is very good and responsive. Strongly recommend the aquarium, very good! Big and not many people. A certain treasure online shopping citypass pass, a lot cheaper. Breakfast is bread, milk, yogurt, cereal, coffee, fruit, very simple, no choice.
