The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach.
We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining.
However, the service was quite poor due to the following:
1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed.
2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long.
3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered.
4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones.
5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time.
6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.

We stayed at this hotel in early April. The location of the hotel is great - practically on the beach, the rooms are huge and very spacious, our room had a kitchen, which is very convenient. Towels were changed every day, the room was cleaned every day. The hotel staff is generally good and responsive. Breakfasts are good, there is a choice, there is a corner where they will cook scrambled eggs or an omelette to your order. Of the minuses - the windows overlooking the sea were dirty (I understand that some construction work is going on in the hotel next door, but this (dirty windows) spoils the overall impression). I would also like to draw the staff's attention to the ”beach” toilet - very dirty and rarely cleaned, you don't want to go there. I would also like to draw the staff's attention to the fact that there is a catastrophic shortage of sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach and by the pool during prime time. Mainly because of such ”smart guys” who occupy sunbeds in the morning and do not appear there all day, but come only in the evening - normal people have nowhere to rest because of them! A request to the administration not to keep sunbeds for such ”gentlemen” for the whole day, because ALL guests equally PAID for rest and ALL want and have the right to rest, and ”reservation” of a sunbed in this case is inappropriate! The hotel balances on one leg between 4* and 3* stars, but I hope that the efforts of the staff will hold on to 4*!)
In general, we are happy with the hotel and the rest, we would return to the hotel.

The stay we selected was short, we checked in earlier than 2:00pm, the hoteliers' were accommodating, and gave us a fine room, we got the back side room with view of the RAK mountains, there is a small swimming pool for children with sun bathing chairs and towels and shower and changing room also we enjoyed it, it was a bit cold probably the water heaters may not be working as informed by the life guard, there is. chances that other guest come in and take video any way, there are also plenty of security camera in the hotel. the pool was clean. There is mall called Al Mannar mall till 10pm on opposite to the Hotel just walkable distance if you want to explore other foods or the night life rush, normal temperature in RAK was 17C we had turned off the room AC still was cold, if there was a heater it would have been wonderful, but we had hot water in bathroom so we had hot water bath. the room we selected is ment for two person. and yes they do require proof of identity and a refundable deposit other than the normal booking charge, there is also a small fee for RAK tourism. so enjoy your trip.

The room is big and clean, with a swimming pool, coffee shop, spa and other leisure facilities. The breakfast buffet is good, combining Chinese and Western food, with a variety of choices. Overall, it is cost-effective

This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty.
Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.
It is very good hotel , I like to stay in Rixos , the food was very testy , but the room service in my last stay was not as much as I expected ,,, not as usual , so it need to improve it , I request blanket , at night but nobody come ,,,, but over all I like this hotel ,,,

Traveling with my family, it was my first time to Ras Al Khaimah. Because of Eid, the hotel was very busy and I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The beach is beautiful and there is a standard golf course. The room is relatively large, and there is no problem for a family of four. There are two large beds and a sofa. Overall, the room is good. There is a cloakroom and the partition is good and convenient. The children had a lot of fun. There is a swimming pool for children.

Great
GGuest UserPros:
Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient
Rooms are great for the price point
Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days
Wide beach with plenty of pool areas
Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football
Cons:
If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking
House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though
Pools and beach is overcrowded
Outdoor bars close too early
Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive
Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised.
AAnonymous UserDear The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah Team,
I hope this email finds you well. My family and I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel during the Chinese New Year, and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way.
The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home.
We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well.
The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival.
This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return to your hotel in the future. Thank you once again for making our Chinese New Year celebration so extraordinary.
Warmest regards
Fxxx

XXIAOBOAffordable, with private beach, next to the industrial area. There is no suitable Chinese-style restaurant nearby, the breakfast is average and the Arabic taste. The sea beaches are superb.
RRuslanIt’s was super nice. Staff is very nice and polite. Reception staff was very nice as well. Amenities are super. I will come back there for sure. Rooms are amazing, style and design. Beach, pools and all the rest things. 10 out of 10. There was only 1 negative point is the super noisy A/C in my room, it sounded like a tractor. I used earplugs to fall a sleep. Next time I will mention this as a priority point while booking the room.
JJamel ManalansanWe stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home.
Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening.
One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service.
Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus!
Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again!

RRaadFaridOur stay at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. Their hospitality truly made us feel special throughout our entire stay.
The resort itself is a paradise of luxury and tranquility. The elegant design, combined with the serene atmosphere, created the perfect backdrop for a relaxing getaway. Every detail, from the beautifully appointed rooms to the stunning views, was meticulously curated to provide an experience of absolute comfort and indulgence.
Dining at the resort was a delight, with each meal being a culinary masterpiece. The variety of options catered to all tastes, and the quality of the food exceeded our expectations.
We left Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort with cherished memories and a longing to return. If you’re seeking an escape where luxury meets exceptional service, this resort is the ideal choice.
MMiladOne of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.
