Excellent resort to spend a short break with your pets. There is a dedicated beach area and grass garden for them that is very well maintained. The pet-friendly rooms have direct access to the lawn and their beach.
Room is furnished in top quality with no compromises. Service was excellent. Food can do with improvement, although the churros at VIDA restaurant were superb.
All was ok, I have enjoyed my time their, thanks to Hossam at night he was extremely helpful
Only shisha was not to the expectation compre to the price. Also no activities at the beach.
That's all.

The hotel is large and has complete facilities. Half of it is sea water and half is mountain. It is a hotel between the mountain and the sea. Don't worry about the flavor. The breakfast is also delicious. The service attitude is also very good. Recommended

One of the best intercontinental hotels we have ever been too. Classy hotel and fantastic amenities. Shaheedah from Egypt did our checkin smoothly. Abdou helped with our bags. All the staff were well trained and took care of the guests. One thing that could be changed is someone should be attending at the checkin/check out counters to avoid annoying customers because no one could make out who was next in the queue. Food was amazing and the beach and pool awesome. Although in January when we went the sea water was too cold and very windy. So beach was difficult to swim in but the pool was temperature controlled. Great hotel and value for money. Also the pressure of the showers should be increased if possible. And better shampoo should be arranged too.

The Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is an excellent choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Ras Al Khaimah. Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat.

The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach.
We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining.
However, the service was quite poor due to the following:
1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed.
2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long.
3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered.
4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones.
5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time.
6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities.
The hotel is located on the beachfront. It is a massive hotel with lots of activities to do which includes 5 swimming pools, spa, beach football and volleyball, small waterpark and gym as well. We had a fantastic staycation. The buffet breakfast was amazing with great Indian vegetarian options as well. Overall I had fun and would really recommend it to anyone planning their trip to Marjan Island, Ras al Khaimah.

Traveling with my family, it was my first time to Ras Al Khaimah. Because of Eid, the hotel was very busy and I had to wait for more than an hour to check in. The beach is beautiful and there is a standard golf course. The room is relatively large, and there is no problem for a family of four. There are two large beds and a sofa. Overall, the room is good. There is a cloakroom and the partition is good and convenient. The children had a lot of fun. There is a swimming pool for children.

This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

XXIAOBOAffordable, with private beach, next to the industrial area. There is no suitable Chinese-style restaurant nearby, the breakfast is average and the Arabic taste. The sea beaches are superb.
AAnonymous UserHygiene: Clean and hygienic, many Pakistanis are very friendly to Chinese people, so we basically tipped
Facilities: The hotel room facilities feel old, and the roof leaked in the afternoon, probably because of long-term exposure to the sun
Service: Because I was traveling with my family, I emailed in advance to express my needs, and the hotel made arrangements in advance, which I was quite satisfied with
Environment: The environment is beautiful, the house on the hillside has a Mediterranean style, you can spend 2-3 days in the hotel, the hotel has yoga and volleyball teaching
HHan-DubaiNot bad, suitable for family living, there are many entertainment facilities for children, there are game rooms, beach balls, and motorboats, very convenient, but there are too many people, most of them are Russian tourists. There are not many choices for breakfast, and the coffee is super hard to drink. The massage next to the fitness center is worth a try. The technician is Indonesian, you can bargain and it is also very professional.
In general, the hotel is cost-effective and it is also a very relaxing place.

GGuest UserIt was a great experience, and the kids screamed. It took an hour to drive from downtown Dubai, and the road was very easy to walk.
As soon as we got off the car, there were enthusiastic staff members coming forward. All of their staff members are sincere to the guests, responsive to requests, and want you to have a pleasant experience there.
The room type is very good and large, especially the bathroom is luxurious. The sofa bed will be laid out for the children to sleep at night, and the sofa bed can also sleep two people.
The snacks sent in the afternoon are also very beautiful and delicious, and there are good night chocolates.
The swimming pool is heated, and the children soaked in the swimming pool to watch the small animals coming and going.
Bicycles are provided free of charge, and the corresponding models are matched to the children. There are really many animals and they are very harmonious. I watched the owl show, which was great and will let everyone experience it. The sunset in the desert is super beautiful. We went to ride camels again early in the morning, and the staff was also super nice.
We had dinner in the restaurant where we had breakfast. It is said that the one in the countryside will taste better.
I think I will definitely stay here for two days if I have the opportunity in the future.
GGuest UserThe biggest thing is the smell of sewage in the room. It was unbearable. The last night I had to literally use oils I had to try and not smell it. The noise levels the night before from a party was not fun. The room itself is roomy and super basic. It was quite clean and that I appreciated. The smell though again, unbearable. The smell seemed to permeate much of the hotel. Breakfast was super mediocre. The smell of fried food in there was quite gross and stuck with you. I avoided breakfast the last 2 mornings bc it just wasn’t worth it. Sorry! The beach and pool area were nice though and it was in a great location close to lots of things.
AAThe price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty.
Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.
