We spent 1 day in this hotel, the location is convenient, the room overlooks the courtyard, the air conditioner and TV work.
The bed creaks, the toilet was poorly washed. In the shower, the shower head and shampoo holder were poorly attached to the wall (torn out). The curtains are difficult to close.
There is no elevator, so we had to drag our suitcases by hand to the 4th floor.
The person who invented the idea of paying almost 70% of my room rate to get a 4-hour early check in should be banned from the hotel industry!!
Very disappointing to have the room ready yet refusing to make life easier on customers... Apart from that the hotel is in a great location and room is small but adequate... Breakfast is average as u would expect
And apart from this early check in setback the staff was generally good but I don't think I will stay again cuz my flight arrives early most of the time and i don't like pointless waiting!!
Yerevan 4 nights, 2 nights at Marriott and 2 nights at Holiday
Bedding is definitely good at Marriott and the room is spacious
Twin room bed is a single bed, so it feels cramped
Breakfast is generally okay
Location is good, right next to Republic Square
There are many restaurants and marts around
We were with our family, not the first time we book chain hotels through a booking service, we stated that our child is 10 years old, the service set a price, but the hotel asked us to pay extra for a folding bed for the child, the first time we encountered this, if we book a room for three, then not a single hotel assumes that a 10-year-old child 150 cm tall will sleep with us in the same bed, and there were no such problems in Turkey, Dubai, Egypt or Russia.
The rooms are dusty, old carpet, bed linen is half white, half yellow, either from old age, or something happened to it.
There was a long check-in, about 25 minutes, they said something about reserved rooms, although there are a lot of them on Booking, we spent a long time looking for a room, when you get off the plane it is really exhausting.
Everything is delicious in the cafe except the steak, I didn’t like it, it turned out to be rubbery.
Pros: location, cascade, park, observation decks on Ararat nearby, good cafes to eat and in the evening you can entertain your child in the park
Good spa with indoor pool, the pool is very large, there is a large jacuzzi, an interesting option to lie on sun loungers outside with a view of the park
Great location just off north avenue.. A customer oriented team who agreed to give me the room early cuz simply it was available rather than asking for early check in money
Small room of course but clean and adequate.. Didn't try breakfast but I tried their Terrace cafe and it was great..and it's 10% cheaper than North avenue hotel which is 20 meters away
Great location, normal family room, receptionists understand and help almost everything
Huge minuses:
1. Audibility in the room: at 12 at night neighbors came and talked loudly - had to cough loudly to make them shut up. In the toilet it was as if we were going to the same potty together
2. Disgusting breakfasts. Didn't go to the second one. The cook cuts fruit with his bare hands next to raw eggs (5-10 cm) and puts it on a tray - the concept of food neighborhood is completely absent. Dirty dishes are taken in the open cooking area and the remains are dumped right there in the trash. Smokers scurrying around on two balconies, given our intolerance to smoking and two children nearby
A C-grade hotel. We are unlikely to go there again
Pros:
1) large area
2) amazing view from the window
3) a nice terrace where you can sit in the fresh air.
Minuses:
1) Can’t pick up WiFI in the bedroom
2) There are no accessories for brushing teeth, apparently because this is not a hotel
3) The elevator shaft was behind the bedroom wall and the elevator mechanism was loudly heard all night, I had to sleep on the sofa.
4) When I checked in, they said the roof was undergoing repairs. But it turned out there was a full-fledged construction going on there with perforation, demolition of structures and construction of new ones. It was impossible to listen to the sound of a hammer drill all day and demolishing walls; even the sofa and table vibrated. The work has just begun, so I highly recommend the 12th floor in the near future (unless of course you come just to sleep).
The hotel name is Europe but Asian guests are also welcomed, as I saw Vietnamese or Chinese guests were staying. The room is quite nice and comfortable, bed quality is good and comfy, bathroom is clean, the breakfast is simple but the quality of the each item is nice and has a good combination of nutrition altogether. Hotel clerks are kind, polite and attentive. It is very good hotel and I had pleasant experience.
It’s a good clean hotel, but not so close to the city center. There are no exchange centers around & the closest supermarket is almost 800 meters away. But over all the rooms are decent & breakfast is good 😊
This hotel is one of the best places to stay in Yerevan. Perfect location for the central part of Yerevan, great cleaning and breakfast with the full set of continental food and local cuisine. I really enjoined the relaxing atmosphere without any noise from streets and other rooms.

EElizabethI’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much.
Check in process: 2 stars
This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached).
Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests.
When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all.
Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s).
Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars
My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me.
I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down.
Room and amenities: 5 stars
In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
GGuest UserIt was the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Yerevan
1-Clean, hygienic, especially the bed
2-The front desk lady is super beautiful and the service is very meticulous
The boys on duty at night are also very good, help to call the car to the airport, because I am afraid that it is not safe to go out late at night, and send me out and send me to the car.
3- Order in the room, delivery speed is fast, and the price is a bit cheaper than the outside
4-The location is very good, in the community, quiet, 200 meters away from the underground passage is a medium-sized supermarket~ convenient
5- Convenient transportation, walking distance to all major attractions in the city
6- No check-in time, luggage storage is provided, the luggage will help to send to the room when the time is up
7-Breakfast time is longer, 8:00 to noon, more humane
GGuest UserThe supreme room is a room facing the elevator, and it is the result of paying for an upgrade. The location is good, if you want a quiet environment, you can ignore it. It is close to the attractions and there are many restaurants around. It is difficult to make mistakes. Don't just trust TripAdvisor.
OOlgaArrived at 3 am. They put me in a room where someone was sleeping 😀 . About 30 minutes later they gave me a room. Everything is clean. No extra smells. The guys at the reception during the day are adequate. I wrote everything in advance, it is unpleasant to wait so much at night (for this I took off 1 star). In the room there is a minibar, tea and coffee, a kettle. A robe. In my room for two there was 1 tiny shampoo, 1 tiny shower gel and soap, a toothbrush. A room for two! It was possible to put this for two at least. Total: it takes about 25 minutes to get there by taxi for 1600 money. The bus is 2 km from the hotel. It is not the center. In general, I liked the hotel, good attitude, clean, large rooms. I recommend it. There is also breakfast, I did not try it. Oh! There is a terrace on the 7th floor, a gym.
GGuest UserLocated between 2 Metro Stations, accessible by walk from both. 24 hours running shops are easily found nearby. Room shape is a bit strange but it is very clean and comfortable, shower is strong enough and central heating system works well, bed is comfy, breakfast quality is superb and quite satisfactory, I liked the peach and apricot juice very much.

DDabinglvcaoThe hotel is located in the center of Yerevan, less than 300 meters from the Grand Theatre. It is very close to several major attractions in Yerevan. It is a quiet place in the middle of noisy. The hotel facilities are good, the service is thoughtful, responsive, and the breakfast is rich. It is the best breakfast in all our hotels in Armenia.
