This hotel was recommended by a colleague. We temporarily chose this hotel because the hotel next door suddenly increased its price. The location is also very good, not much different from other European hotels. The service is average. There are a few restaurants downstairs, and the overall experience is ok.
Hotel is right across the central train terminal which is a huge plus if you are traveling with train. Also close to Spar and Bipa at the train station (the only one that opens on Sundays and late on Saturdays).
Rooms are well maintained and very clean. As well as lobby and the restaurant. Receptionist is also really helpful and friendly. Also noticed that many guests are bringing pets along. So im guessing its a pet friendly hotel. Also electric car charging stations are available in front of the lobby. Close to a couple of restaurants and Billa.
Would highly recommend this hotel to travellers who do not like staying right smack in the middle of city center. You can easily take the tram downtown or walk about 20 mins.
I mentioned going to Austria with my colleagues. It cost only 1,000 RMB for four people. The cost performance is very high. The surrounding environment is good. There are many hotels, but the prices are more expensive than this one. So if you want to save money, I recommend booking this one on Ctrip.
The hotel’s location is very good, the mountains surround the scenic town, but every summer there is the largest classical music festival in Europe. The hotel is right next to the city hall in the city center, next to the pedestrian street, convenient for eating, drinking, and shopping. Large parking spaces. The staff is very kind, the room is very comfortable and I slept very well.
The hotel is in a small town, there is no time to enjoy the scenery of the town, it is a hot spring SPA hotel, and there is no time to experience the SPA. It is a little regrettable. The price is a bit expensive.
Everything just so good. I love the room with a bath tub. We went to their restaurant for dinner too. Their cocktails taste so good and the food are nice too. We had a nice time with them =) other than that Graz is just an amazing city with many beautiful building.
Graz, as the second largest city in Austria, does not have a five-star hotel. I conservatively chose Mercure, a chain owned by Accor.
The front desk was friendly and spoke fluent English. Billa is next door, which is very convenient and close to the old town. The sofa bed in the family suite can be made for children to sleep on.
Basically, it is at the level of domestic business hotels, and the breakfast is relatively simple.
Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).
Obviously a very popular hotel! Sprawls over several buildings and so is deceptively large, even when each section is modest in size. The breakfast bar and staff are impressive, though the coffee machines deliver a bitter brew! My room was very modest in size, but certainly good enough. I suspect the rooms look very different from building to building.

CChengThe hotel looks new. Designed in minimalist way, cutting down costs while serving the essentials. A hostel, effectively. Located over 15 minutes away by car from the city centre, the hotel offers free carpark to attract residents. Public transport is less reliable. Breakfast is cheap (€10.5), choice is understandably little. In short, it is quiet, clean and simple.

JJONO5K22Location is a 4 minute walk from the train station and a 6 minute walk from Lidl. The receptionists are hardworking, friendly and efficient, whilst the property itself has a communal kitchen to offer guests and inside storage for bicycles. There is naturally a bar and coffee available too, to buy. There is a decent sized common area for working and socialising alongside a pool table and 48 player table football. Lots of books can be found around too. I would recommend 100% as the rooms were spacious and clean with complimentary shower gel. Good value overall.
MMariaFor those who are travelling by car and passing Graz in Austria this is a perfect location to make a stop over for a night. The hotel is next to the runway to continue next day. In general during our travel we have stayed in many hotels in different countries and I can say that this is the cleanest hotel we stayed. Everything were spotless. Breakfast very good not many things, but products that everyone eats nothing is going to waste😅. Staff is very friendly and welcoming always tries to help you. We stayed in the room 103 and can say very nice room got everything you need 🥰 I am suggesting this hotel to everyone who is travelling. Also, there is an airport next for the Hotel FYI .

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the train station and next to a supermarket, which is very convenient. It takes more than 20 minutes to walk to the old city center. The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are not big, the layout is compact, everything is available, and the open cloakroom. After checking in, I added another day. When I went out and returned to the room, I found that the room was not cleaned and replaced with new towels. I called the customer service and the waiter brought it to me quickly.
GGuest UserThe apartment is great and clean and quite big! I like the location too - lots of grocery shops and restaurants in the area, as well as a farmers market around the corner and lots of public transport options too. Very close to the busy city center.
The hosts were very quick at responding and very helpful and quick when it came to solving enquiries.
