Truly excellent, probably the best hotel I've ever stayed at. Impeccable facilities, comfortable room with excellent attention to detail everywhere, and excellent customer service.

Location is good, staff friendly and able to speak English, very helpful and nice. The room was decently decorated however there were a few inconveniences you would not expect from Hilton. Curtains were missing, noticed too late, in the morning the light was so bright through the sheer, my sleep was disturbed. The room was extremely hot (27 degrees celsius) while the ac was working it still felt too hot. The mattresses felt somewhat different from other Hilton hotels. I struggled falling asleep and kept waking up throughout the night. The internet speed is locked behind a Hilton membership (2025, having wifi locked behind membership is insane) The bathtub didn’t have any toiletries nearby, if you want to take a bath and wash yourself you will have to get out of the bathtub and reach for the shower gel or whatever else you need or bring your toiletries with you and put them next to the bathtub before getting in. The view was nice however the sofa in front of the big windows with the city view had stains and dark spots on it making it a bit uncomfortable to sit on it for too long.

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

Can the mattress of Hilton Garden Inn be improved? The edge of the bed is always exposed, and the edge of the bed is a bit sharp. The child bumped into it once because of this reason. The service staff in the restaurant is very good. There is a lady with glasses who closes the table in time. The restaurant manager is also very good and has a very kind smile. The restaurant is also very delicious. The beef noodles in the northwest are really delicious! Very chewy, I like it! There is a small noodle shop opposite the hotel (not the first Xu noodle shop, but a smaller noodle shop). There is a big plate of beef tripe noodles. I was shocked when it was served. Hahahaha, I have never seen noodles served in such a big plate. The uncle is also very nice. He also made a small bowl of non-spicy noodles for the child for free. I think the people in the northwest are so warm and simple!

Can I say that this is the best and most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in during this trip to the Northwest. The entire lobby is clean and bright, the service staff are well-trained and humble, the rooms are spacious, comfortable, clean and tidy, the layout is reasonable, and the breakfast is rich. It's great, but it's a pity that I only stayed for one night. It's very close to the West Station, the Drum Tower and Ganzhou Night Market, it's great!

What a special place! Created to look like a desert fortress with beautiful hand-woven rugs hanging in the corridor and a gorgeous mural of the Silk Road in the reception area. The terrace restaurant was a superb place for breakfast with views of the Gobi sand dunes and starry skies at night. The breakfast was enormous, just fabulous, with both Chinese and Western choices. Freshly made noodle soup and omelets and waffles… pretty much anything you could want. Friendly staff, big, well appointed rooms, superior bathroom, everything was great. The location is a little ways from the center of town, but there is a bus across the street that will take you there for two yuan. And you can walk to the right from the hotel for fifteen minutes through a bazaar to a nature site. Loved it!

A hotel with a very unique style. You can see the book bar as soon as you enter the door. The room is also very clean and tidy. Most importantly, it is very quiet, the environment is elegant, and it has local characteristics. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic and the check-in speed is very fast. Whether it is accommodation or dining, it is a very good choice!

Great hostel and great excursions. Spacious and clean rooms but toilets could be more clean (personnel was always trying to keep it clean so I think it was because of other guests). You can use the fridge and microwave for free, to that was a plus :). The staff were always available if we needed anything and always tried to help. They give you great local recommendations for food. I would come back for sure! See you!

Meet very professional reception, they were very detailed orientated and provided good general tourist information. we visited in april maybe low season so no rush guest feeling at all. i liked the breakfast fruit choices selection
