I always stay at this hotel whenever I have a layover in Lanzhou. The free transit accommodation is never available, so I have to book a room. No matter how late I arrive, they're always there to pick me up, and the airport drop-off service is great too. It's very clean and the rooms are spacious.

Easy to find and I believe it's the tallest building in Lanzhou. The overall service was excellent and made for a comfortable stay. I even got a complimentary room upgrade, which was great. The view was amazing, practically overlooking the entire city of Lanzhou. The food here is truly delicious. I had dinner at their Chinese restaurant, and the taste was fantastic, with very fresh ingredients. Breakfast was incredibly rich with a wide variety of choices. The beef noodle soup broth was incredibly fresh, and the noodles were delicious too. I'll definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Lanzhou.

Zhangye isn't a large city, so staying near the West High-Speed Rail Station is convenient. It's mostly residential around here, so the environment is generally quiet. Taxis are easy to find, and it's only a couple of kilometers to the city center, costing a very cheap six or seven yuan. The only minor drawback is that you have to walk a bit with your luggage after getting off the high-speed train. I'd recommend just taking a taxi directly. After a terrible stay in Dunhuang for the first two nights, I really put my trust in an international brand, and the management level is completely different. Hampton Inn isn't luxurious, but it has everything you need. Plus, the hotel is new, the soundproofing is excellent, and you can choose a memory foam pillow, which is great for people with neck problems. Also, the laundry room is fantastic! It started snowing in the morning and my pants and clothes got wet, but I was able to wash and dry them immediately after going back at noon, which was incredibly practical! Because I had a late flight, the front desk allowed me a late check-out, which was great. There's bottled water available on every floor, and plenty of seating in the lobby on the first floor, so you don't have to worry about lingering, and charging is convenient. The breakfast is decent, and considering it's around 300 yuan a night, it's quite reasonable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel and highly recommend it for anyone staying in Zhangye.

The room is very spacious with a great ambiance, exactly as pictured. They offer free pick-up and drop-off service to and from the station; drop-off has fixed times, but pick-up seems to be more flexible (the driver even picked me up at 12 AM!), which was super convenient. I stayed on the first floor, and just outside the window is the entrance to a residential community. It can get a bit noisy when people entering or exiting speak loudly, but thankfully, it doesn't happen very often.

Room Facilities: Very comprehensive. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: The room is simple yet elegant, making for a very comfortable stay. Service: Since it was New Year's Eve, everyone was quite excited. A group of young people next door were still playing music, drinking, and singing at 3 AM, which was quite disruptive. The front desk promptly came up to resolve the issue, and the service was excellent.

The stay here was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all expectations! This was by far the best hotel experience we had during our May Day holiday trip. Zhangye doesn't have many high-rated international chain hotels, so choosing a hotel this time involved a lot of careful deliberation. We finally settled on this one, which was a reasonable distance from the train station, newly opened, and had good reviews. From the name, it seems to be a local brand. Upon checking in, I found I definitely made the right choice! A good hotel truly enhances a journey. From the moment I met the pick-up driver at the train station, I knew I hadn't chosen wrong. Perhaps seeing that I had two kids with me, they proactively upgraded our room. There's water available on every floor. Fresh fruit plates are provided in the room daily. Turn-down service includes yogurt, eye masks, and earplugs. The attentiveness was truly touching. The service was absolutely, incredibly, and proactively detailed. They were highly sensitive to our needs without making us feel watched. The amenities at the front desk were thoughtful: iodine swabs, band-aids, disinfectant wipes, masks, dental floss, makeup remover wipes, hair ties, hair clips, and even hair gel... precisely meeting the needs of a mom traveling with kids. They absolutely must keep this up! I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Zhangye in the future. I booked a basic room, and luckily, there were still rooms available that day, so the butler upgraded me. The tent is really picturesque for photos. The good mood I got upon entering the room compelled me to write a review about the butler! Before check-in, the butler proactively contacted me, informing me that the room included one fixed-point airport transfer. They also told me about the weather, helped me plan my itinerary and offered travel advice, and even recommended Dunhuang Print Shop for a visit. During my stay, the butler always responded instantly (except when they were picking up/dropping off guests, which I totally understand if replies were a bit slower). Even when I returned very late at night, a butler was still there. The front desk also left a phone number. I talk a lot and can be long-winded, haha, but they patiently answered all my questions. Huge thanks to the Shazhou Wild Luxury Camp butler team for making a solo female traveler feel so welcome and cared for. I will definitely be back next summer. I highly recommend it to every young lady looking for quality and experience – come and enjoy!

The hotel is spacious, elegant, and comfortable, and the guesthouse-like atmosphere is quite nice. The entire stay was pleasant and reassuring. The room layout is also my favorite style, very simple and refreshing. Highly recommended.

Located on level 14 of TaiKung building, in an intersection of a busy road. It is easy to catch the bus to tourist attractions. The hotel is a new, modern room with a voice controlled A/C and curtains, and it's clean. The staff are ftiendly, they tried their best to help with their limited English. Many restaurants across the road.

I have three criteria when booking a hotel: a separate wet/dry shower area, a laundry room, and breakfast. Ibis perfectly met all my requirements, offering a washer, dryer, and detergent. Plus, the washing machines have only two settings, which saves everyone time. In Europe, Ibis is my go-to for budget accommodation, and the Jiayuguan Ibis offers excellent value for money. It's no exaggeration to say it's just a two-minute walk from Jiayuguan Station with your luggage, and multiple bus routes start right outside the hotel. The front desk staff are all very kind and friendly. The room was new, very clean, and had a huge TV. Everything about it was excellent. On top of that, the hotel hosts meetings for large state-owned companies, and you know what that means – it's a good hotel!
