Overall, I'm very satisfied! The views of the Yellow River are absolutely stunning, probably one-of-a-kind in Lanzhou. The breakfast was also delicious; the ramen was just as good as what you'd find at a long-standing local shop. The room design and amenities were excellent too. There were just two minor issues that could be improved: First, the extra bed. How can I put it? It was quite a makeshift addition, very wobbly and unstable, and it would slide around. I felt really unsafe sleeping on it; I would have been better off on the sofa. Second, the gym. It felt like they didn't really want guests to use it. The gym's reception is on the 6th floor, and the facilities are on the 7th. After getting to the 6th floor, I needed to take a special elevator, quite a distance from the reception, up to the 7th. My room key wouldn't work there, so I had to go back to the front desk. After they registered my room key, a staff member took a wristband and escorted me to the elevator. She swiped for the 7th floor and then left without much interaction. When I pressed her about how to get back down, she just said I wouldn't need the elevator to go from the 7th to the 6th and then quickly walked away. Honestly, I was quite speechless. It just didn't feel very welcoming. Because of this, I can only give the service 4 stars.

Dunhuang Hotel location is fantastic. Very near night market that all tourists go to in evening. There is also a very big local product and wet market about 6minutes walk away to experience local live style and local food. Hotel staff at reception and restaurant on the sixth floor over the 3 days were very courteous and greet guests as they exit or enter the hotel. The cleaning staff were also very pleasant and meticulous in their cleaning duties even in common areas.

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

We ordered fruit tea and small cakes 🍰 – the fruit was fresh and juicy, and the cakes were perfectly sweet without being cloying. - Sipping tea while looking at the distant mountain views, all the fatigue from our journey melted away. After half a month of traveling, this is by far the most comfortable place I've stayed. The decor has its own unique style, not like those generic hotels you see everywhere. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the lighting and little trinkets. Plus, all the amenities work perfectly and are super convenient – everything you need is there. The shower has great water pressure, the hairdryer is effective, and the Wi-Fi is incredibly fast. The room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and bright. It's perfect whether you're relaxing in or heading out to explore. For this price, getting all these perks is truly amazing value for money. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next summer.

It's very close to the airport, making airport transfers convenient and quick. The front desk staff are very polite and professional. The location is also quite good, with plenty of restaurants downstairs. It's very friendly to business travelers.

Very satisfied with the experience, truly lives up to five-star hotel standards. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the service was attentive. Most importantly, the breakfast buffet was very kid-friendly, even picky eaters could find plenty to enjoy.

This time, we took a road trip and stayed at the NUO Hotel here. The overall service was surprisingly good... I initially thought it would be an older, more dated hotel, but the environment was actually incredibly clean. It's quite impressive how well they maintain such cleanliness. The hotel also has an underground parking garage, which is free and perfect for those driving. The room facilities are very well-maintained, and importantly, the restaurant floor was spotless, not sticky at all, and the tableware on the tables was neat and clean. The hotel's fourth floor connects directly to a shopping mall, making dining and shopping extremely convenient. The service attitude was also genuinely great – not overly intrusive, but also not neglectful, just perfectly balanced. Plus, the overall room rate was very reasonable. I had a really excellent impression! Hope they keep up the great work!

The room was small for a family room, and we were unable to make the air conditioning unit work well, thus my children had problems to sleep. However, the staff were very helpful, and I recommend the hotel because of the staff and the location, with nice restaurants nearby. I recommend to the hotel the installation of slow car charging stations in the parking, as it would create a new source of revenue

The newly opened hotel has a good environment and facilities. I needed to catch a train early in the morning, and the hotel is near the West Railway Station; you can see the station from the window, but you have to take a taxi, which should only cost 10 yuan and take about 5 minutes. I originally booked another hotel in the same building, Wanrun Smart Choice, but when I arrived, they said there were no rooms available and they might not be able to vacate by noon. I checked the platform and saw the price had doubled, clearly meaning I had to cancel my booking myself. The hotel I'm staying at now is in the same building, and the price is about the same as when I booked. They asked if there were rooms available and even gave me early check-in. The difference in service is immediately apparent. I switched immediately.
