Great hotel, very beautiful would stay again, bed was huge and perfect. We didn’t have breakfast included and it was a little pricey to add on that morning.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The bathroom opened up and down gives little privacy. Super central. We were not breakfast there but they had breakfast buffet available.
I have come to this hotel several times and I'm getting more and more happy. I used the restaurant attached to the accommodation and admire the professionalism of the staff, their speed and good ways, despite the own screening of the site, the staff always have a moment for you and your needs.
The hotel is a good hotel for the best of the hotel.
Located close to the centre of Laurel Street and the old hill, the hotel has a comfortable bed, TV, air-conditioned heating and warmth, clean.
With a clean and very functional shared bathroom.
The best is the very central location and near free parking. For a couple of nights very good if you only use it to sleep a few hours a day and take a shower before visiting the storehouses again and then go from pintxos to the Laurel Street or other fantastic gastronomic sites nearby.
Very good hotel, the safe closed parking lot is with another hotel under the same owner, a little distance away, the hotel manager specially ran to the parking lot to help drag the luggage and lead the way from the back door of the hotel, so that you can not go up the steps, Also specially sent a welcome drink coupon for the restaurant downstairs.

GGuest UserThe hotel was in a nice location and the restaurant was very good the back patio along the river was a highlight the rooms were small but met my needs I appreciated the front desk help and the morning breakfast’s were excellent. My complaint was that It was impossible to take a shower and not flood my room. There is clearly a known problem that the hotel hasn’t bothered to take care of because I could see the rotted baseboards near the bottom of the outside of the shower from many previous floods. The wood was damaged and peeling away from the wall. They didn’t seem to care when I told them. It wasn’t nice that they didn’t tell me to be careful if this known issue when showering so I didn’t have to step out of the shower and use every towel in the room to mop up all the water.
GGuest UserUnbeatable hotel best one for our entire spain trip. Excellent staff service, best breakfast we had and the location is right at the area for tapas bar hopping at night. Air conditioning wonderful for June. Will recommend
LLeticia_87The hotel was very well located, very close to the center but with the comfort of not being in full bullshit.
The room is very comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and careful at all times.
The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable.
KKar Yee LydianneAbsolutely excellent hotel with an even more amazing restaurant that is featured on the Michelin Guide. Briones is a lovely, quaint town that is extremely convenient to explore the rioja region from. It is close by to big modern wineries like Vivanco as well as mid-sized ones like Lecea that are steeped in history and heritage. Staff were also very attentive and helpful, making our stay very pleasant.
GGuest UserLocation is perfect, convenient for everything. Staff was very friendly and speak good English.
The only negative point was, the mini-bar or the small refrigerator was not functioning. We bought six-packs of beer for our stay but ended up drinking room temperature beer…
Other than that, very good and clean hotel.
PPedro CastejónIt is a quiet hotel in an area where you can park well. The treatment of the staff is very friendly and everything seemed correct to me.
GGuest UserAlthough the facilities fulfilled the expectations of households and comfort, it was a major failure for our 15th plenary to have no internet connection on television or to adjust this service to the We have a great deal of ability to provide a better connectivity if you wish to do so. If they clarify it will avoid future customers what happened to me, buy capsules I couldn't use.
One aspect of the stay that we thought was better is the availability of a large bed and not two together to cover our express request.
All over the way is perfect and very happy with the soundlessness and how to control energy with the door and/or window detection system.
SStephenFantastic hotel reception staff very friendly and helpful room clean and tidy very comfortable bed did not have the evening meal but had the breakfast hot and cold food to choose from great
