Start with the good: the staff was very nice, the capsule comfortable (great bed) and I was lucky to get a quiet room of respectful people. And the bad: the worst thing is the showers. Aside from being crammed, the button push lasts 5-6 seconds (counted), which means you're constantly pushing and getting a mix of cold or scalding how water. Please fix your showers! It was also clogged and flooded quickly. I think the toilets/shower areas could use cleaning more often. There is no public space, tables, etc. at all, you come here just to sleep or rest in your capsule. Better than what most other hostels offer (some not even having curtains!) and a better night sleep for sure, but no mingling. Also not much space for shoes or luggage, and certainly no safe lockers. It could be so much better if they had made some space for this. Would also be nice to be able to pick top/bottom bunk: being on the bottom I was woken up by banging/dropping items/etc. by the guest above me. Overall good, better than most in the area, but it could easily be better still :)

Great stay, only stayed for 1 night between a Fri-Sat. The hotel room was a nice size, the bathroom and room were clean. Slight stains on the walls which is why I marked it down but overall it was a nice stay. Staff were really friendly and the lounge, breakfast room and rest of the hotel looked in good order. A really nice touch was the ice bucket with the ice machine on my floor. Would definitely stay again, great location, easy access to the tube and lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby.

The location is not easy to get to and no signs was available. The room was clean but outdated deco. The bedside USB sockets does not work, we have to charge our phones at the desk. The handwashing liquid, shampoo and conditioner were fixed too high and inconvenient location. The shower water pressure was too low. The breakfast was the worse experience I ever had in a Hotel. Very limited types of food available and ran out so quickly as soon as many guests but little food. Only one staff on duty for topping up food and one staff to clean tables. There were not enough tables and seats available. It was complete and utter chaos. A guest accidentally spilled a cup of porridge into another customer but there were no napkins to clean it up. I never seen such chaos. I would not recommend this hotel and never go again.

A strong choice if staying at Covent Garden. It is walking distance to many eateries (though many overpriced, use Google Map reviews to find the reasonably priced options), many West End theatres, and also to the Westminster area (Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Parliament). I did not have breakfast, nor did I dine at their restaurants or bars so I cannot comment. I did not use their facilities as well, as I was out and about the entire day, so again I cannot comment. Service staff were friendly, from the porters handling left luggage, to the receptionist checking us in. Only one small note - the bedsheets had some black stains which did not come off when I rubbed it. Don't know what they were, but it didn't really affect my enjoyment of the room. The shower area in the bathroom of the single room is quite small, and larger sized guests may wish to take note.

Very close to Southwark tube station which is on the Jubilee line. Most of the hot attractions are within walking distance if you want to get your steps in, otherwise plenty of other modes of transport. The staff were very pleasant and friendly

The hotel is located directly above Paddington Station, offering direct access via a covered walkway so you don't even need to leave the station. Downstairs, you'll find a Starbucks, M&S, and other stores, making both travel and shopping incredibly convenient. Step outside, and you're immediately at the Tube and train stations, providing easy access to all major attractions and Heathrow Airport. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet at night, with no train noise despite its location. It was a great stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

Very pleasant experience. Booked this for my birthday trip to London, had a concert at night at the O2 and decided to stay in Stratford, which is only 3 stops away on Jubilee line so location is great! Hotel is easy to find as it's next to Westfield, so good to grab coffee and snacks on the way. The hotel receptionist was very warm and welcoming, she was so nice to give me an room upgrade. She mentioned it's because of me being a Hilton Honors member, but I only registered right before I booked the room on Trip.com, so not sure if it's general practice or birthday-related. The view was decent, nothing fancy due to the are, but airy enough. Room was modern design and I personally quite like it, very clean, and the shower is HUGE. Honestly very very happy about it. The only thing I wasn't expecting was that there's no drinking water in the room, like bottled water or other beverages, charged or not, instead there's a glass container with a sign on saying you can collect water and ice at the ground floor. The water station actually had a Brita machine that can give cold still or sparkling water, eco-friendly and avoid waste I guess. I don't mind it that much as I was only staying for one night and was out for the concert most of night anyway. The price included breakfast the second morning, was quite decent, buffet style, more than enough choices for a quick breakfast to my taste. Seating was cosy and view was bright and nice. Generally very pleasant experience and I'd definitely try to stay here again next time I'm heading to O2 for concerts.

The hotel is located at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 4. However, if you're coming from Terminal 5, you cannot take the airport train directly to T4. You'll need to take the airport train (which is essentially the Elizabeth Line connecting to central London) from T5 to Terminal 2, and then transfer at T2 for a train to T4. This transfer is free, but you'll need to pick up a free ticket from a machine before you board to access the platform. On the London Underground, trains often go in different directions from the same platform, so make sure to check the train's direction before boarding. Once you arrive at T4, just follow the signs down a rather long corridor, and you'll reach the hotel. The hotel offers self-check-in at the front desk. There's a Costa next to the front desk, and also a restaurant. If you need to head to T5 from the hotel for an early flight (as the airport train doesn't start until 5:30 AM), you can take a bus instead. The bus stop is conveniently located next to the hotel's ground floor car park. See the bus timetable for details. You can just tap your credit card to pay for your fare when you board; I believe it's around £1.50. The hotel's double rooms also come with a sofa bed, which means it can comfortably accommodate three people.

The room was comfortable, though the bathroom was a bit small, but functional. Housekeeping was consistent—beds were made, and supplies restocked whenever we used the ”Please Clean The Room” sign. Breakfast costs £15 per person, with a standard selection served early (from 6:30 am), convenient if you're in a rush. Noise insulation could be better; sirens from the main street were noticeable at night.

The Reception was very helpful for checking in . Arranged 2 rooms on the same floor and arranged an extra-bed for us . The bed is very comfortable . Location is very convenient .
