A great hotel for its money, new, in a good area, a bunch of places on the city parking, breakfast is good (omlet, sausages, eggs, vegetables, sandwiches, yogurts, chips, tea, juice, coffee soluble, греческий). This is the best hotel in Kutaisi and it is not a joke. Look at the description of other places. This is a small hotel with 3 rooms and a small beautiful area. There is a kitchen. The rooms are new, modern, comfortable. Water, toiletries, slippers, hairdryer, even an umbrella are provided. Friendly hosts. They treated us to wine. They organized excursions to the main places - canyons and a cave. They recommended a cafe. We were delighted. I recommend it.

The location is super good, 100 meters to the central fountain, there are many supermarket restaurants nearby. The room was great, the bathroom was large and there was a balcony. The breakfast is rich in variety and the service attitude is good.

The suite was great. The sofa bed in the outer room could comfortably sleep two people when laid flat, which made it very comfortable for a family stay.

This is a good choice for budget travelers for a one or two night stay. Hotel is in a central location (set back from the road so look out for the signs on the main street) , 2 km from Kutaisi train station and 10 minutes to city centre . The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, beds are comfortable, room is well heated. There is a balcony which we didn’t use but would be nice in the summer months . Breakfast was plentiful and hearty. There were two negatives for us. The balcony door didn’t lock and there were no English speaking staff on premises. I was checked in over the phone by the manager and her number is posted on the door. The next morning we were able to ask the lady who cooked our breakfast if we could store our bags for a few hours, we managed ok with translator. However if you needed help to call a taxi or for anything else this was not available, which might be an issue for some travelers . I also wasn’t sure how secure our bags were for the time we were gone, perhaps a locked cupboard or storage area would be better. Having said all that however I would stay at the hotel again because it was excellent value for money
