Nafplia Palace Hotel & Villas
3.8/541 Reviews
Amazing location giving wonderful views…..but definitely not a five star hotel. No bar, main reception closed and new reception is a small office. overall in serious need of renovation. One of the main attractions of the hotel is that you can access the old town of Nafplio via lifts directly from the hotel. There were three and two had obviously been out of order for me many months m. The 3rd broke down while we were there and we had a long hot walk into town. The lift that does occasionally work is filthy , covered in graffiti and smells of urine and would be an embarrassment to a 1star hotel. Overall, over priced, dated and dejected. We stayed as we didn’t believe the other reviews… they were all accurate! Avoid
The Westin Resort, Costa Navarino
4.6/577 Reviews
We visited the Westin Resort Costa Navarino for our anniversary. The experience was truly exceptional. The Guest Relations Department was warm and welcoming, making us feel like home. Our room was beautifully decorated, and the view from our balcony was breathtaking (thank you front office team). The on-site restaurants offered delicious cuisine, and the Lagoon pool was a relaxing oasis. The hotel's attention to detail and excellent service made our anniversary unforgettable. We were truly captivated by the room's private pool. Having the opportunity to take a dip in our own private pool right from our room was an extraordinary experience. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a tranquil escape. We spent many blissful hours there, creating unforgettable memories. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway!
Elysian Luxury Hotel and Spa
4.5/545 Reviews
Excellent service, but I suggest you rethink the spa pool policy in the low season. The outside pool was closed for the winter, and no point in booking a more expensive room with an attached private pool (unheated), which leaves the downstairs spa pool. Charging guests to use this for 45-minute sessions meant the pool was empty and unavailable for a spontaneous dip. Perhaps instead, you can allow a limited number of guests to use the pool at any one time. Location: There's a well-lit path into town, but it's a LONG walk. The hotel was very helpful in arranging a taxi. Breakfast was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive.
Princess Kyniska Suites
4.5/510 Reviews
The hotel is an unexpected surprise, it's a secret diamond that no one expects. The installation is excellent. A new construction that has been given importance to the details. The rooms are spacious with very good furniture and lights selected with very good taste. Very good bathrooms. But the best of all is the view. The hotel is on a slope looking at the entire Laundry Flat. Especially at night, food in the restaurant is a pleasure, as the chest is made of glass on the terrace, so nothing cuts the visual pleasure, and while you are satisfied with the view, you are compensated for the tastes. The restaurant takes 10 tons, and the food and the service are very good, and the breakfast is also very rich, we chose to take it in our room and it was a very nice service, it was coming full at the time we asked. And not forget: Although Princess Kyniska is very close to the Elephant or Monembas, no one wants to leave the area. The beach of the Mosquito is incredible, with small and clean sand and water that had no (but no) trash or fig in it.

Euphoria Retreat - A Holistic Wellbeing Destination Spa

Excellent hotel!! 1. Impression: a nice hotel with many promises. Wherever it is able to fulfill them. 2. A hotel clean for relaxation - detoxification from daily and food (because it proposes a more vegan kitchen to customers) 3. The spa space where the score is 10/10 is excellent. 4. It has several team programmes. 5. Well, it's smart enough for breakfast as you serve at the hotel restaurant. 6. All personal kindness - willingness. Negatively: (where I would like the hotel to be engaged) I guess that's all. I'd like to have packages up to a sum for the hotel's customers. Because I have looked at the price list quite a lot for what you'll do from the time you're in hotels, but the price is up to -40%. If you make a more attractive price list I think you'll be one of the best hotels with a spa theme. Or make special packages!! We'll definitely come back!!!!
Gambello Luxury Rooms

A great example of the growing style of 'modern' discerning guest houses that fill the gap between a fully serviced hotel and lodging house. This tastefully converted venetian mansion is located in a central part of Nafplio with all amenities, shops and restaurants on your doorstep. The rooms are very clean, well sized and beds comfortable. Breakfast is a joy and taken in a small courtyard. All the staff are welcoming, helpful and friendly. We love staying here and will be back again soon!
Alexandros Boutique Hotel

We loved everything about this hotel !! We stayed 2 nights .. family of 5 with 3 teenagers . Upon arrival the manager Elena could not have been more welcoming, informative about restaurants and sites to visit in the area and just overall a wonderful host and a huge credit to the hotel. We had a loft room with a double bed and a camp bed downstairs and a double bed upstairs . The mattresses were super comfortable and we all slept great! The AC was also excellent! On arrival 𝐸𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑎 told us that the breakfast was something special but I was not prepared for the most amazing spread the next morning (photos attached!) The sheer amount and variety of delicious food was unreal and when I asked what happened to all the leftovers she told me they give them to a charity every day to feed those in need. It was simply the best breakfast we have come across on this trip after 3 days in Athens , 6 on Spetses island and 7 travelling around the Peloponnese. I would also like to me to mention the fabulous waitresses at breakfast .. they could not do enough for us and the smoothie they served everyone was sublime ! The water on the table was infused with mint lime and ginger ! 𝐸𝑙𝑒𝑛𝑎 herself has a huge knowledge of the area and have us superb recommendations which archaeological sites to visit (Mycenae, Epidaurus and Pallamidi) and which local restaurants were best .. fabulous one 5 mins walk from hotel on seafront where we had delicious shrimps . She also recommended a great pizza place in Napflio Il Porto which the kids said was amazing ! If we are back in the area we will definitely stay at the Alexandros! I would like to wish all the staff continued success and thank them for a really lovely stay .

Kyparissia Beach Hotel
4.1/541 Reviews
Have just returned from a two-week holiday with Jet2, staying at the Kyparissia Beach Hotel and we have had a fabulous time, thanks in no small measure to the quality service from Nikolaos and his team. As others have mentioned, Lefteris the bar manager is superb and deserves a special mention. The pool is excellent and forms the hub of the hotel. Freshly cleaned every morning, the water is lovely for swimming and at 12m in length, you can get some good exercise. There are plenty of loungers, places to sit either in sun or shade and the bar is always open. You can get coffees, snacks and drinks, all at very good prices. From 5:00pm until late, you can get a full meal and just over the lane is Rementzo's fish taverna if you prefer a meal at lunch time. The rooms are large and have been renovated to a good standard. The bed was huge and very comfy, we slept well. The bathroom was also large and had plenty of hot water at all times of day. Airconditioning is provided an works well, but only when the windo is closed. Our top floor room was inland facing and got very hot. I noticed that many rooms on the top floor had reflective sheeting on the roof to reduce the effect of the sun. Perhaps the rooms on the lower floor and overlooking the pool will be a little cooler. Another reason the room was hot was die to the fridge, which was pumping heat into the room. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, so you could always bring a travel kettle if you want to make your own. At breakfast there was always plenty of decent coffee, along with a kettle on the bar top so that you good make a good cup of tea. The breakfast was adequate, with a good range to choose from. The hot selection, however was rather limited, although it was different every day, and rarely more that luke-warm after 8:00am. Most of all, the wonderful hospiality, amazing generosity and truly Greek Filitimo of the Konstantopoulos family will never be forgotten. Highly recommended.
