Very good. The facilities are sufficient. It is not possible, however, in a 5-star hotel, for the TV to be 25 inch HDready (i.e. 20 years old). Also the carpet on the floor must not have been changed since it was built.Also the entry card to the room was demagnetized twice within 24 hours.

We stayed here for 2 nights on a 3 week trip. Nafplion is lovely coastal town with numerous restaurants. We will definitely return. Our room 156 had plenty of space and a very comfy super-king bed. We slept well. The room and bathroom had everything we needed, but it looked a bit tired and in need of refurbish. The shower rail was hanging off the wall, the mastic around the sink and mirror was awful and the toilet kept flushing constantly. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, but it felt very crowded. The hotel was ok as a tourist hotel for a few nights but we liked Nafplion a lot.

We booked the room with the private pool (unique available in the premises) to spend a romantic getaway and celebrate our anniversary with privacy and tranquility. When we arrived, we identified that the tenants of another bungalow where obliged to pass through our veranda and in front of our private pool to arrive to their room. In others words, no privacy at all if you have passers by at any given time of the day. Outdoor furniture and sun ombrella were much wore and torn....Later on the day, we found out that there is a party organised in an ”events designated area”, just 5 meters away fm our doorstep.... When we asked the reception they said there is a wedding/christening party on Saturday night.. We should have been informed prior booking. On Saturday night and around 01:30, whilst we wanted to get some sleep the party DJ was playing the most annoying music in the top volume, with just a handful (less than 5) of invitees remaining in the area (and definetely not dancing). Next day, on 09:00 and despite the party ending at 02:00, we were rudely awakened by the reception to be asked about our eggs on our floating breakfast which was supposed to be served at 10:30hrs, i.e. 1:30 hours later....(even funnier is the fact that they managed to get them wrong). Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space. Our only request was for late check out on Sunday, since we were sleep deprived from last night's party 5 meters away from our doorstep was for late check out...We were only allowed until latest 13:00 (check in for next visitors is for 15:00hrs). To cut the long story short, NO PRIVACY, NO RELAXATION, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.... Last but not least, parking was extremely difficult in the premises, our unique room (and most expensive) did not have a dedicated parking space.

A hotel with good value for money, the breakfast restaurant is smaller, the choice is relatively small, the service is enthusiastic, the room is small, but clean and tidy, with complete facilities, which is quite satisfactory.

We booked a 930pm table for 4 at the “pop up”Dolce Vita” and arrived 10 minutes early. We were seated initially at a 4 top inside with no view and were quickly moved to a larger 8 top. We ordered a variety of drinks, appetizers and entrees - so far so good; most were decent, drinks were ok if not exactly what was ordered. Mains came out staggered and a Medium Rare Rib Eye came out almost beyond well done. The plate was returned and the waiter responded that “if it is wrong we will bring a new one.” This somewhat marked the beginning of the end. A proper medium rare Rib Eye was delivered 15 minutes later though the others had largely finished. At 1100 the plates were partially cleared, most without incident and at 1110 we asked our server, busy removing the monogrammed “Dolce Vita” director’s chairs upper supports, to order desert. The astonishing reply was that the kitchen had closed, despite the restaurant being populated by at a minimum 24 other diners! No one (not the reservations agent who took a 930 rez., not the host who seated us nor any staff during our meal) had indicated that this kitchen would close at 1100pm, in Greece, on Saturday night! Furthermore on offer were only 3 items: Tiramisu, Gelatos and fresh fruit - nothing requiring more than a spoon and a plate! Several staff were visible in the kitchen area and our server left to confer with them, returning promptly to apologize that the kitchen was closed. We asked for the check, paid and left. While the staff were young and inexperienced the true fault lies with management. Inexcusable lapses in training, a comically gimmicky “pop up” restaurant concept, and an unadvertised closing time (before most Greeks have even gone out for dinner)! Nikki Beach has folded several restaurants at this property over the years - perhaps they should fold their entire operation!

We had a Deluxe Double Room commanding panoramic views of the ocean (splendid sunsets), of Mani's imposing mountains, and of the village of Liméni (swimming in its gorgeous turquoise / emerald waters, where one can see the sea turtles, is a must). Whoever conceived and implemented this hotel complex should be congratulated on producing such an architectural gem that respects the surrounding location. The impeccably maintained interiors favour simple shapes and clean-cut lines, while boasting quality pieces of furniture and appliances. Breakfast is exquisite (featuring regional delicacies). Restaurant dishes are way above average. Both the owner and his staff are polite and hospitable, and treated us with warmth, cordiality and generosity. A hotel located in a nice location on Lutracium Beach, in a quiet but still location, but also close to all shops and the centre (~10' walk, 1' by car). It has a view of the sea, depending on the room in full or in part. The room we stayed was next to the hotel, with a double bed and one bed. Fully equipped, with sesuors, boiler, free coffee/tea/sugar/cookies and water sachets, kitchen with all necessary and more. Cocomat layers and pillows, and the whole room is generally clean, modern and above all clean, and for breakfast, it had many options, which were also high quality. Milk, Amita juice orange and mixed, coffee machine with Espresso, cappuccino and French, fruit, toast bread (fried), fries, white/black bakette, crops, waffle, cheese, turkey, tomatoes, cucumbers, olive oil, mayones, kechap, yoghurt, butter/mlee/nutella/marmells 4 different tastes, syrups of different tastes, baked eggs/fried eggs/crambled cheese omelet/cheese omelet-alantine, becon, sausages, cheese pie, nuts, fruit, Personal packed cereals, chocolate cereals, dirt, cherry spoon and broth. The staff was kind and helpful. Overall, in our future visit to the Bathraki, we will definitely prefer Diolkos again!

We came back here ( couple with two kids) for second year in a row as we really loved the experience. The hotel is the perfect place to relax, enjoy sun and very nice beach at your doorstep. Most people (95 percent) are Greek tourists. Everyone is super nice and you unwind right away. The pool is very spacious and kids can play as they wish. Breakfast is very good and now managed as served buffet behind plexiglass because of COVID. Masks are worn by the poor staff all of the time ( this summer very hot- 40 degrees plus) so you can feel safe. You need a car but then you find so many beautiful places, little fisher villages, beautiful and never overcrowded beaches everywhere- great people, food and landscape. Peleponnes is for us so much greater than all of the crowded islands and a wonderful destination- and Aktaion Beach super base for a stay ( Athens and Kalamata airport not far away and your trip with car will be adventurous and awesome)- we will be back and thank the staff of Aktaion for hosting us….pics to this post are not from hotel but surrounding places. All pics from hotel on trip advisor though are absolutely realistic ( we just had our family on them everywhere)

We (a family with 2 teenagers) were hugely looking forward to our 3 day stay at Akra Morea - described on its own website as „encompassing high standards of accommodation, and offering security and outdoor activities“. What a disappoin**ent! It seems the hotel has spent all its money on the photographer who shot artful images for the website and a copywriter (or was it a bot?) for its website. The reality is quite different! 1. all ground floor rooms have a view of the cars parked immediately in front their mini patios. Not boutique hotel but rather cheap motel! 2. our room had been done up a while ago but could do with more work - beyond a lick of paint. Grease splatters on the wall of the kitchen. Yuck! 3. beds are extremely uncomfortable. The two singles are much too short to be of use to anyone over the age of 10, too narrow, and even more uncomfortable than the main 4. the bathroom has design challenges. The shower screen is only about 30 cm wide, leaving the bathroom drenched after every shower. When using the toilet, you need to put your feet inside the shower because of space restrictions. Quite unusual to say the least. The smell is as quite unpleasant too. 5. our ‚suite‘ had a kitchen - red mould above the workbench, the whole thing looked 30+ years old rather than boutique hotel, and there were no provisions of even the basics such as a sponge and dishwashing liquid. 6. on arrival, you’ll have to go on on a search for the reception. Should you be in the unfortunate position of staying there, it’s down the steps from the parking lot, behind the pool. 7. breakfast is overpriced for what you get. 8. the sun loungers around the pool urgently need new covers. The ones there are stained and not appealing. The only positive thing is the large pool. In summary: avoid. Hugely overpriced and not at all appealing! You’ll find better elsewhere in the vicinity!

Kinsterna is truly one of a kind. The place is constantly getting better and it's even more charming than all the pictures you'll see online. We organized our wedding there and the hotel team was perfect, making sure that we had everything we needed at all times. The various services/activities available will suit everyone and the gorgeous area where the hotel is located makes it a peaceful haven. Communication was super smooth and easy with all the various departments and the onsite event manager's outstanding professionalism made the planning process stress-free. We will come back as much as we can, thanks again for everything and for the work and dedication you are all providing in order to make this place one of the best in the world.

Traveled by a family of 5 people. Taken two rooms. 3 adults and two children, one 11 to another 2. Meet perfectly, offered clean cozy rooms opposite. Very welcoming staff, they speak Russian. Many people murmur breakfasts, but I believe that for two stars this breakfast is consistent with the stated. At request, the child was cooked separately. Before the sea for just 2 minutes. I will summarize: a beautiful place that is priced and quality, I recommend.

Loved the service, staff very friendly and helpful. Complimentary water coffee, tea sugar milk in the room. Very close to the promenade which is hosts a number of lovely restaurants.
