Great hotel, clean room. Hotel by the beach, available parking. Good spread of breakfast. Disabled room is very wheelchair friendly and hotel is completely disabled friendly. You can even wheel into the pool with ramp and into the open sea with ramp. Will definitely stay here again.

A pleasant hotel, located within an easy walk from the old town of Zadar. Modern hotel. The room with a higher standard in terms of size was fine, not too big, but the bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and dressing table fit. The bathroom was elegant, with a shower cabin. A plus for the set of cosmetics and a normal hair dryer and glass glasses. I missed a coffee or tea set in the room or ideally - an espresso machine. There was no fridge in the room either. An elegant restaurant connected to the lobby. Breakfasts were good and we had quite a large selection. Hot - scrambled eggs/fried eggs, sausages/sausages; cold - we had savoury cold cuts, cheeses and other additions. Lovers of sweet breakfasts will not go hungry either - good yoghurts, fruits and cereals. Minus for coffee - the espresso machine does not dispense enough for so many people, at least 2 would be useful. Another minus for the ”juice” machine - awful, artificial. It is better to just give some from a carton. Overall a very pleasant hotel with polite and helpful staff - I would definitely stay there again.

The location is in the old city of Zadar, with the church and the clock tower on the side. There will be some noise in the morning, because there are tourists downstairs. At the same time, the house is an old wooden house, and the footsteps upstairs can be heard clearly. If you are worried about being disturbed by sleeping, other options may be better.

Room 003 on the first floor is very small and closed, there is no window to open, the air is not circulating, so that I don't want to stay in the room at all, except for the sleeping period. It feels much simpler than Jinjiang Star. Really, foreign stars cannot be spoken in the same day. When booking Hotel bastion heritage this time, there was no room for three consecutive nights. On the last night, I could book another Teatro Verdi hotel with this door. The strange thing is that neither hotel provides bottled water, which is estimated to be the practice here. Fortunately, the supermarket is not far away, and it is not a euro to buy a bottle. It was a hot day. When I arrived at the room, I didn't even have a bottle of iced mineral water. As a four or five-star hotel, it was a bit stingy!

Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel bietet eine tolle Ausstattung und hat wirklich alles was man braucht. Die ruhige Lage und die tolle Aussicht haben das Erlebnis perfekt gemacht. Auch die Parkmöglichkeiten waren in Ordnung. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Very nice place, especially for families, with plenty of pools and a beautiful beach. Can get busy in the summer but still enough to enjoy yourself. The food choice in the half board restaurant was good and the room was spotless when we arrived. The hotel also gave us a free room upgrade!

The hotel is right by the sea. It's a maximum 20-minute walk to the Old Town, or you can take a hand-rowed boat from the lighthouse near the hotel entrance (2 euros per ride) directly to the Old Town walls. The rooms are very new. The rooms facing the front don't have balconies but are directly opposite the sea with two windows, offering excellent light. Some side rooms face the sea but have different viewing angles, though generally still offer a view. Other rooms don't have a sea view. Daria at the front desk was incredibly enthusiastic and gave us a lot of help. Even though I had a small issue, with her assistance, I easily found a solution. Many, many thanks to her! Zadar is definitely worth a visit.
