They have a spacious room. but i didn't know why I have to pay an upgrade charge for a room-switch from a smoking room to a non smoking room of the same type.
The location is good as it is connected to a shopping mall. The room is small but clean. There's nothing wrong with it, but there's nothing really outstanding about it either.
Location was good. Next to a mall. Mall was pretty much empty tho. Room was okay as I stayed only for one night. Might have to give a little bit attention on the floor carpet. There's some strangr smell once you reach your floor. Breakfast option was good. Overall for the price I paid, it was a good choice for business travellers.
I love to see Intan, the breakfast server. She works very diligent and attention to detail. She works well even in fasting month.
The staffs here very polite and helpful.
We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax.

AAnonymous UserLocation is wonderful. But little dirty and too much noisy. I can hear clearly the outside store music sound until late time and traffic sound also. For the more, The room was not soundproofed at all, so I could hear sounds from the room next door and the hallway very clearly.
