Hotel Panorama in Maiori is simply wonderful. The location is truly perfect, right on the Amalfi Coast with easy access to everything. The service was excellent and the staff were always kind, friendly, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout our stay. Breakfast with the sea view was amazing, and the rooftop pool is something really special. A highlight was the Ferragosto party, where we had so much fun and enjoyed excellent food. I also want to give a special mention to the General Manager, who was always available, approachable, and genuinely attentive to any special needs. This personal care made our stay even more memorable and enjoyable.

Superb view and location , close to shopping, right in front of the ocean. Breakfast was good. Coffee was awesome!

The location of the accommodation is really great!! 👍🏻👍🏻 It's located right in front of the beach, and there's a music bar right in front of the accommodation, so you can listen to good music for free. I wonder if there is any accommodation in Positano with a better location. Air conditioning and refrigeration are both provided. It may be a bit difficult to find the entrance to the accommodation when checking in. The large yellow building is the accommodation, and the entrance is between the accommodation and the restaurant on the left side facing the accommodation. If you go through that iron door, you will find the accommodation! The host is an old lady named Rossa, and although she doesn't speak English very well, she tries to explain things as kindly and easily as possible. When I said I wanted to use porter service on the day of check-out, they made a reservation for me. I was worried because there were a lot of bad reviews, but it was really good. It was the best accommodation, so beautiful and nice. We also upgraded our room. Everyone, make your accommodation reservations :) I miss the kind rossa. We booked feeling a little nervous as we read the various reviews but also hesitated with little experience of a B&B Guest house. There seemed very few choices in Naples ( Chiaia district) a prime , safer area ; to have a suite with some kitchenette and a very reasonable price. We were warmly welcomed to our studio suite, spacious , well organised with a lot of thought in the location of design of fixtures and furniture; seating to take breakfast, working desk and or relax on the sofa. Brightly lit room with big “can open” sound proof windows or option to use the air conditioning system . Views of the nearby residential apar**ents actually helped us feel at home ( even though we were not able to enjoy the Naples sea view) Bed, mattress , linen and pillows were fine ( for those who require more specific finer finishes should not go to a Guest house) Bathroom was practical and had all that one needed, with hand held shower and rain shower installed. Kitchenette had electric stove , coffee maker, kettle , Fridge and utensils. Again sufficient for a 4 night stay. Any longer an oven or toaster would have been nice to heat up bread. The highlight worth mentioning, as most reviews have , is Massimo who helped us with recommendations, guided us with a local map, booked day tour to Pompeii, our taxi and so much more.. Honestly, for those of us who have been lucky to stay in 5 star hotels will know that you don’t always get this type of discreet professional reliable hospitality that Massimo has shown us. If you don’t mind staying at a guest house which may sound daunting , or that the entrance of the building may be slightly off the side street but having read this review will reassure you that the 24 hours security guards and the gated premises made it feel like a home away from home. Thank you Massimo and team for keeping our room super clean , daily when we really didn’t expect the service. Likewise appreciated the small touches of receiving disposable raincoats in case of heavy rain on our tour.

The location is good, but given the condition of the city, I would avoid walking at night if possible. The common area, café, and the kitchen are great, impressive to me. The staffs are very friendly and supportive. The room arrangement is good, two bathrooms and an extra sink for 6-bed dorm. There is even changing space in the room. The towels are provided, look clean. The bedding looks clean too, but I got itchy while using them.

the hotel is wonderful, beautiful gardens, the staff is always friendly and at your service. the bed and pillow great. the view of the hotel is awesome!! the breakfast also good . we have dinner at the restaurant of the hotel great cooking , romantic seating, a bit more expensive than going out to capri center ( dinner for two only main course and a couple of wine glass 100 euros). I would definitely highly recommend this hotel. price is excellent for what you are receiving. 5 stars hotel. nothing bad to say about this location. shuttle service excellent and free. write to the hotel so they will pick you up at the port. you can walk to the hotel but is a little tough with the luggage .

If you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot. Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around. The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do. All in all, great location, great service and great staff.
