I extended my staying in Osaka after my company event and chose this hotel. The location is great if u want to go to the famous location such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Just if u take the express train to airport from Namba, it’s actually not that close as I expected.
The room is small but because I m just going by myself, I m good with the size. The space can only allow u to open one luggage I think.
Cleanliness is overall ok.

Staying at this hotel so many time. Overall is good especially for the location.
I did not satisfy for the self laundry. Some people finished the cloth washing, but did not go to pick up their clothes. Therefore many people lined up outside laundry room. The front desk asked me to keep waiting for 60mins until those clothes were collected when I called them. I thought 60mins was unreasonable. Who knows if they will show up after 60mins and this is public facilities for everyone who stay at hotel. I stayed at USJ hotel before, they would collect all clothes if nobody picked up within 15mins. I think it is more reasonable. I hope that hotel needs to consider others’ needs and review your procedures for self laundry service. Thank you so much.
Great location next to the Rinku train station. Having a family mart inside the hotel and it has many popular touristy stuff inside, allowing quick dinner if staying too long shopping around! Great stay before flight while checking out the outlet nearby.

Great service from them as I managed to get some shoes delivered to the hotel. They were really helpful and up to date with my delivery and let me know when my shoes arrive at the hotel. Location was great and close to kuromon market where we had a seafood feast and also to dotonbori and shinsaibashi shopping district ◡̈
Room was big and decent enough and bed and sheets were comfy. Downside was there weren’t water provided just ice. So we had to get water from family mart..

Planned to meet up with my dad after a few months and this was the hotel the group decided on.
Just based on the location alone this is incredible for tourists who like to be right next to the hustle and bustle of dotonbori. The entrance to namba station is also only 3-5 minutes away so you can basically go anywhere easily.
There's just one thing and it's divisive; the hardness of the bed. I personally think it's hard and you should be careful when you sit down on it. But my dad and his friends love it and say it's good for your back especially after a long flight.
Other than that the bed is way wider than most hotels (actually good for two), so the room is kind of wider too, the staff was nice, and the breakfast buffet was good too. They also have free lockers for when you arrive before 15:00. Only small thing is that the check-in machine was kinda tedious

We reached the hotel about 1:30pm. And asking for keeping luggage the staff here very gentle taking care of us also giving very nice informations.
The room is very nice and clean also comfortable.
Good location. Easy to go to Hankyu line subway. And bus stops just right in front of the hotel to Nijo–Jo. In conclusion, I like this hotel.👍🥰

The location is pretty good, walking distance to all the stations and shoppings I need. But comparatively to the one in Kyoto, I think the staff here are less friendly. Maybe is the culture of different cities. But I am overall very pleased with my stay with Hotel Vischio.

The rooms are compact but modern, very clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient, close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were polite and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. A good choice for travelers looking for comfort and value in Osaka.
The room is clean and close to the station. However as 4 star hotel, they allowed house keeper entered guest’s room without permission especially the “do not disturb” sticker is on door. Contacted head manager to complain they only apologised and did nothing. Be aware of this hotel, your room is not secure while you are away so always keep your belongings locked just in case.
Happy about this hotel stay. The staff are warm friendly and professional. Had a problem with the locker as, we can't lock it after we opened it, so had to ask the staff an old man for which he listened carefully to the problem and smiled and said oh stuck and gave a coin to lock it again. Also the reception crew made a mistake for stamping our breakfast coupons on a different day, and they managed to change it and apologized.

LLilian Liew See ChinI recently stayed at this hotel in Osaka and, while the property itself is commendable, I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk staff member named Sears.
When I politely asked to borrow a pen to sign some paperwork, rather than assisting me in a courteous manner, she reacted with clear irritation, rolling her eyes and displaying a lack of professionalism. This behavior continued when I asked her a few questions, and it was evident that she had no intention of providing the friendly service one would expect from a hotel of this quality.
It was disheartening to witness her treating not only myself but also other guests in a similar disrespectful manner during checkin. This experience significantly tarnished an otherwise enjoyable trip.
I strongly urge management to address this issue as customer service should reflect the high standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst front desk experiences I've encountered. I hope future guests do not have to deal with similar treatment.
GGuest UserThe rooms are clean but the bed is a bit squeeze for 2 persons. While the location is just nice as Walking distance fm the station to the hotel and lot of eateries nearby. The hotel offer free beer at selected times for guests too. The cons is they are very strict for late check out requests. Overall is still good and will be bck again.
MMengmengmamaChoosing InterContinental Osaka was hands down the smartest decision I made!
The location is absolutely phenomenal! A shopper's paradise! Major malls and flagship stores are right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get all your favorite items in one go!
The rooms are incredibly spacious! In Japan, where space is a premium, the InterContinental's rooms feel like a true luxury. We booked a king room and even added an extra bed, and it still didn't feel cramped at all! The bathroom was also large and bright, and being able to lie down and gaze at Osaka's vibrant cityscape made it absolutely worth it!
The service was exceptionally thoughtful! From check-in to check-out, every single staff member was polite, attentive, and incredibly detail-oriented. The front desk, housekeeping, concierge... even the parking and luggage storage services were absolutely faultless!
When checking out, they even proactively offered to weigh my luggage. The most delightful surprise was when a staff member wished me ”Gong Xi Fa Cai” in Chinese – it felt so incredibly welcoming!
It truly proved to be a brilliant choice to stay at InterContinental Osaka! Next time I'm in Osaka, I'm definitely booking this place again!
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Tenkachaya Station. There are many convenience stores nearby, as well as McDonald's, Muji, and Fujiya cake shops. Tenkachaya Station provides convenient access to both the Osaka Metro and Nankai Line, offering a direct route from Kansai Airport without any transfers. Additionally, there's Izumiya Supermarket, perfect for picking up local specialties. I even walked to Tennoji from here! The place is also incredibly clean and well-equipped. It offers exceptional value for money. I truly hope they maintain this level of cleanliness and hygiene; I'll definitely be back!
Sstevenzou0We found a high-end hotel right in the heart of Osaka that sleeps four, includes breakfast, and is incredibly well-located: Dotonbori is right at its doorstep, Shinsaibashi is just a bridge-walk away, and the Nankai Line is a mere 10-minute walk. All this for just over 1,000 – honestly, what more could you ask for? I had read some negative reviews before our trip, but we experienced absolutely none of that. Thanks to Ctrip for the reliable recommendation!
GGuest UserStayed at via inn for two nights on our way out of Japan and it was great! Rooms are small but that’s to be expected but it was clean, quiet and we loved the Japanese breakfast. There’s two stations near by connected by an underground tunnel which was a godsend in the summer heat. There’s also a huge 24/7 supermarket just next door which we bought snacks and drinks from. Wish we had a few more nights honestly!
GGuest UserGreat for families with kids.
Times flies as there are too many things to do inside the hotel.
Indoor swimming pool, spa, arcade, karaoke, food park…
The check in and check out process were self help.
Check in time at 3pm.
Check out time at 10am.
After check out you can stay in the hotel and use the facilities. Good for those who need to hang yout for a little while more before their flight.
Walking bare foot in the whole hotel building is a brand new experience for all of us.
The swimming pool is only accessible by going through the female and male changing rooms which are on different floors.
If a dad has to bring a daughter to the pool they will have to go in separately, which is not optimal.
LLawson’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was when I arrived at KIX around 10 PM — it was perfect to check in quickly and get some rest. After finishing my trip to Kobe and USJ, I returned here the night before my morning flight. The free airport shuttle made it very convenient. I really like the hotel’s facilities, the friendly staff, and the convenience store on the second floor. The is a small restaurant nearby the the food is delicious. I’ll definitely be back again.
JJeanK.It was a pleasant stay. We took a triple bed room (Queen + 2 Single Beds) as we have a young adult child. Room has washing machine cum dryer which was very convenient for us.
Toilet has a main door that leads to separate WC and shower area, both with doors. Toothbrush, comb, bath salt (there’s bathtub for my room) and even body towel is provided.
The hotel has choice of limited housekeeping or full housekeeping but the catch is, you have to indicate before 11am.
The hotel has a dark theme which is cool but will appreciate if the rooms have brighter lights or even dimmer so we can choose the intensity of the brightness required.
Even the toilet is dim warm white, unable to put on makeup properly.
There’s pool table on the second floor for some fun family time. Note that Accor members are unable to clock in nights if they book via Trip.com
