Great stay!! All amenities are provided at the lobby so no need to worry much if you did not bring any 👍🏼 room floor is carpeted so it’s kind of dusty but not very dusty so no need to worry. Room is abit small to open luggage on the floor so do have to use the chair as a make shift luggage stand. Because the room is too small I did not get the staff the make up my room as it maybe too messy for the helper to clean my room :/
May come back to stay again if the deal is good!

Self-service check-in is very convenient. The room is clean and tidy with a large space! There is more than enough space to spread out the suitcase, and there is a tatami space to rest. The bathroom is also very spacious with dry and wet separation, washing machine and refrigerator. Overall, I am very satisfied and worth recommending!
That was Airbnb type of hotel Apartment style! Nice apartment, clean & tidy. Comfortable room with mini kitchen. That was great provided washing machine too. A self- check in hotel an email you with the instructions.
Beautiful place & great location nearby train station & just a walking distance to Family mart & Lawson.
It was comfortable enough to enjoy 3 night stayed in Osaka!
I stayed for 3 nights and it was quite satisfying. The room was in good condition and the location was excellent.
Subway stations, shops, convenience store were very close to the hotel.
The washing machine in the room was convenient as well.
But wifi connection was very bad. The staff tried to solve the problem but I couldn't use wifi almost every night.
It needs to be improved because it is a pretty big problem.
If the wifi problem is solved, I would like to stay here again next time.

I have stayed in many B&Bs in Japan, and this one is pretty good. It is new, well-equipped and clean. It is not far from the center of Namba, about a 25-minute walk. There is a subway station nearby, and it is very quiet at night. There is a big supermarket next to it. This hotel is easy to stay in, and there is basically no drawbacks. If there is a disadvantage, it is that it is difficult to find customer service. The customer service is basically artificial intelligence. During my stay, someone next door was smoking **, and there was no response even if I wanted to complain.

The location isn’t as near to Nippombashi as it claims to be. Getting there at night was challenging as it was through dark alleys that were strewn with garbage. Once the accomodation was located, the room was clean and bright and had all the necessary amenities that it advertised. The owner was friendly and helpful and all information required to check in was sent in an email after confirmation. Not suitable if you are travelling with large suitcases. If you are using the futon, you’ll have to make it up yourself. Then there will be no more room left to open your bags.

The price including tax is cheap, the location is good, and the room is spacious with two beds, so I think I made a good choice.
I knew about the construction because of the reviews, so it was easy to find the building.
I thought the construction would be finished by the second week of April, but it was still in progress.
It was very noisy around 9-11 in the morning, but fortunately I was up, so I wasn't annoyed.
However, I could hear the construction noise all the way to my room, and at night or in the evening, I could hear mumbling from the next room?, so I don't think the soundproofing is good.
There was no mirror except for the bathroom sink, so it was a bit inconvenient to put on makeup.
The floor in the room was carpeted, not wooden or plank, so after washing up and walking around a few times, there was a lot of dust and hair on my feet.
I was told that there would be an additional fee for requesting room cleaning, so I kept that in mind, but I think it would be good to bring indoor slippers.
Aside from that, everything was good! It was nice that it was close to Kuromon Market, the station, and Dotonbori. The facilities were not outdated and were large, so I will visit again when I go to Osaka again!
Stay from September 25 to October 02
First of all, the room condition is so good
I have to pay expensive money to go to the hotel
It's recommended for more than 4 nights
I bought all the cooking tools, so I bought food and ate about 5 dinners.
There's a local restaurant.
It's a locally too poor neighborhood.
The people are so messy and I see some homeless people.
It's a difference of opinion, but it wasn't dangerous or dangerous.
The train station is also worth walking, and it was easy to tour because it was a station area where the raffi was also a multi-track station.
One thing that was just uncomfortable was
There is no one at the front desk and all the questions are emailed.
It's a little uncomfortable.

The transportation is very convenient, close to Shinsaibashi, about 20 minutes walk... 10 minutes to the subway station, the room is relatively clean and large, with a balcony, which is nice, but there are few kitchen supplies and the kitchenware does not look particularly clean
✅It takes about an hour and a half to get here from Kansai Airport. It is very close to Imamiya and Shin-Imamiya subway stations, about 10-15 minutes away.
✅There are Lawson, 711, and Family Mart nearby. There is also a supermarket and Daiso next to Imamiya Station, which is very convenient for shopping. There is also a Kappa Honpo less than five minutes' walk away, which is quite big and tastes good.
✅No front desk, self-service check-in, the room is key-operated, and the building is locked with a password.
✅The disposable items provided are for four people, and you can wash clothes and cook. There are washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, small ovens, etc. It feels like a small sparrow with all the internal organs. The room is quite large and clean.
✅It is very close to Tsutenkaku. I walked with my friend Kuku and arrived in less than half an hour.

LLilian Liew See ChinI recently stayed at this hotel in Osaka and, while the property itself is commendable, I had a very disappointing experience with a front desk staff member named Sears.
When I politely asked to borrow a pen to sign some paperwork, rather than assisting me in a courteous manner, she reacted with clear irritation, rolling her eyes and displaying a lack of professionalism. This behavior continued when I asked her a few questions, and it was evident that she had no intention of providing the friendly service one would expect from a hotel of this quality.
It was disheartening to witness her treating not only myself but also other guests in a similar disrespectful manner during checkin. This experience significantly tarnished an otherwise enjoyable trip.
I strongly urge management to address this issue as customer service should reflect the high standards of the hotel. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst front desk experiences I've encountered. I hope future guests do not have to deal with similar treatment.
GGuest UserWe had a really pleasant stay and will probably book this hotel the next time we are in Osaka. Close to the train station and there was a 24-hour convenience store just across a small road. Room was small but relatively alright (although we did request to change to a bigger room 2 nights later - with a fee, of course). Staff were friendly and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. There is a smoking area located on the first floor too. Hotel is lively at night as they have a bar downstairs. Toiletries are complimentary to take yourself at the lobby area. Really loved this hotel.
Ttimothychan77Superb hotel with great location and amenities. Room was huge and service was top notch. Many malls with good shopping variety nearby (linked, sheltered and walkable). 10/10 would recommend!
SSamnang NuonI had a pleasant stay here. The room size was just okay but it’s very clean. It’s not that far from Dotonbori. They also offer free coffee and 2 pieces of bread for each guest. Definitely recommend to stay here.
MMichael IanJust stayed here one night before flying out of Osaka. It's very close to the metro/subway. 7-11 around the corner. There was a very nice staff at the check-in desk, although I was able to check in and check out by myself with their iPad in the lobby. Really just a place to sleep, but it's clean and quiet.
AAnonymous UserThis hotel is our go-to hotel whenever in Osaka. The location is perfect, you’re in the middle of everything! You’ll never run out of food , plenty of restaurants are downstairs. Everything is walking distance. The trains are just a short walk away. Rooms are spacious, breakfast are sufficient! They will also allow you to pack away your breakfast if you have early trips in the morning.
HHui Min ThamHotel was conveniently located right next to one of the entrances of Yotsubashi Station (which can easily be used to reach places such as Namba) and was within walking distance of Shinsaibashi as well. There is a small mart located right below the hotel where many necessities (e.g. food, drinks, toiletries) can be gotten. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. The rooms were mostly neat and clean (with a small fridge and shampoo/soap/conditioner provided) albeit on the tinier side. That aside, it more than suffices for travellers.
YyosheIt was alright, the spa theme park seemed pretty decent, though I suspect there to be many people during the daytime since we went inside at around 4 am still with a bunch of people inside. The rooftop pool was decent but you had to pay for the waterslides. The spa felt more like a theme park than a typical traditional onsen experience, but we still saw mainly Japanese people there.
Most of the hotel cited charges for stuff here and there (e.g. late night entry fee for the spa, extra cost to enter the pool etc) but I suspect they are for regular visitors and not hotel guests since it was not recorded when we checked out other than the waterslide cost as mentioned.
Annoying thing was that you had to take off your shoes to enter the hotel at the entrance, and that there was no shower in your own room.
PPhadungratThe best hotel of my trip in Osaka! I need a room near the airport before my next morning flight. So, I've book here due to close to the train station.
But is was better than I've expected, the building is connected to the train station, I can walk through the way out to the building and also cross to the Rinku town.
The room was clean and has a very nice view. And they have a free shuttle but to the Airport, too . Love it!
HHwee LengThe room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated but too dark (due to black wallpaper). It had all the amenities I needed, toiletries (from lobby), bathtub n triple beds.
The location was perfect, with many local attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and public transport was easily accessible. I felt safe and well-connected throughout my entire stay.
The housekeeping was not excellent done as we hv to empty our own waste (the dustbin).
