”Perfect Location for a Layover: Friendly Staff & Great Amenities” This hotel was the perfect find for our stopover. Having flown in late in the evening from Lisboa and needing to catch a noon flight, the convenience was precisely what we needed. Perfect location for a stopover The reception staff was very helpful and truly made us feel welcome. We loved the complimentary free coffee, tea, and cappuccino station in the lobby, along with the very useful free microwave for heating up meals. The location is another major plus: a large mall featuring a supermarket is only a short two-minute walk away. We highly recommend this spot for a comfortable and well-equipped stopover.

The first night was bad, because you could hear everything, and the other guests on both sides were making noise, one had a dog and it was barking, you could hear the people on the street, but then the girl at reception (I think she was Russian) kindly changed our room and it was much better, I was able to sleep and rest. I will probably come back, the rest was all good.

The hotel was good no problem , has restaurant inside . Few minutes walking distance there is shopping centre . The only problem is if you need to go to Barcelona either have to book taxi direct or to train station then . From Barbera del valles . Expensive from airport taxi

I highly recommended this hotel at Lleida with suggestions to have breakfast there to fully experience its offerings. The room was modern, new, and clean too. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly. It’s only a few minutes’ walk from the shopping streets. Hotel parking with a fee is available for us.

Hotel is very close to the airport, so getting to and from was a breeze. Hotel seems a bit on the older side, but is quite self contained, with decent buffet breakfast. However, it is quite far from any amenities like supermarkets, any other food besides the hotel restaurants, and no sight seeing spots nor shopping without needing to travel further into the city. It is great if you are there to visit the Skyfall Nightclub or attending an exhibition at the hall attached to the hotel, but otherwise, I would suggest a hotel closer to the main city areas.

I really recommend this hotel. They offer free airport shuttle service, and you can find the pick-up information, including the exact location and示意图片 (illustrative pictures), directly on their official website. For drop-off, you can book it at the front desk. Overall, the check-in experience was very smooth, which is perfect for anyone catching a flight.

The room was big and bright. Reading the reviews I thought it would be worse. But everything was good in general. As an unsatisfactory features I highlight the noise from the street. It seems like there was a ***** between the window and the wall which brought a lot of noise from the street. I had to use earplugs during the night, so I slept well. There was no fridge at the room or mini-bar. It may have been mentioned in description of the room but I missed it. The breakfast was very good (eggs, cornflakes, pan con tomate, pastry, ham&cheese). There was even fuet! Very nice:) Location seemed not bad if you go out in the morning and come back at night. One day we had to return to the hotel during the day and went out again, and such trips were not easy for a short period.

The hotel service was very attentive. The sea view room had a decent view, though unfortunately, there was a building directly in front of it partially obstructing the view. I thought mineral water was provided daily during the stay, but the front desk said it was only on the first day. However, for the last two days, the cleaning staff kindly provided bottled water, which I really appreciate! ^_^ The showerhead in the bathroom seemed clogged, and the water pressure was very low, making the shower experience not particularly comfortable.

The staff's service attitude was excellent. Our flight arrived early, and they let us check into our room around 9 AM. The room was very clean, and they cleaned it thoroughly and carefully every day. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't warm enough; it felt like it was only blowing cold air. The hotel sent a technician to adjust it, but there wasn't much improvement. They offered to switch our room, but after checking another one, the temperature seemed about the same, so we didn't bother. They did provide us with extra blankets, haha, so we weren't cold at night. Everything else was really great!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely male receptionist who made us feel genuinely welcome. Even though we arrived 30 minutes before the official check-in time, he kindly arranged an early check-in for us, and the whole process was smooth and efficient. We were given a room on the 5th floor, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, with several local supermarkets nearby, including one just a few doors down. The main tourist attractions are a bit too far to reach on foot, but they’re very easy to access by train. However, if you don’t mind walking, as we didn’t, Sagrada Família is only about a 25-minute walk away, and many other sights can also be reached on foot without any trouble. The hotel provides a card to indicate whether you’d like housekeeping, and every time we selected “yes,” the housekeeping team did an outstanding job. We stayed for four nights, and the service was consistently excellent. All the receptionists were incredibly friendly and polite, always greeting us with warm, welcoming smiles. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

KKimmyg43I had high hopes for this ”4star hotel” From the pictures and the previous reviews everything seemed like it was too good to be true... Arrival was average, had to ask which way to go to get to my allocated room (normally you are directed by a member of reception atleast) Arrived at my room (104) 1st floor. Opened the door to a bright airy room..my first thoughts were this is lovely. Dropped my bags and took a shower and that's where things started to go downhill...let me explain... Now I am aware this is not 5 star but if im being totally honest I have stayed in cleaner 2 star hotels... The attention to detail from the cleaners is just way below par for a 4 star establishment. Shower door covered in limescale (easy to put right with a bit of Elbow grease) Mold and nasties around the outer edge of the shower door (see pics) Splash marks all over the tiles at the side of the sink (like old toothpaste marks) Sink wouldn't drain properly (seemed to be blocked) Skirting boards definitely hadn't been given a wipe for a good few weeks/months All standard/basic stuff that you would expect from any hotel and certainly from a 4 star one or am I being picky? Then there was the call to reception to ask for some milk so I could make a coffee (kettle is provided in room) Receptionist said they don't have fresh milk only 'powdered sachets' of the most vile tasting milk I've ever had (think baby milk/gone off normal milk) Apparently the restaurant was closed so they could not access it to get some fresh milk? Receptionist advised me to go to the supermarket..which is a 25 minute walk from the hotel 🤦♀️ As it happens there is a coffee machine outside the reception entrance so I found myself nipping downstairs to buy one from there. (Not the most convenient but we move forward) I had read that there was a rooftop restaurant in the flyer as advertised but when I asked about it apparently it is no longer there? The restaurant is only open at breakfast times so no food is available not even snacks? However they advertise room service so unsure how that works? Outdoor pools closed which is fine but you couldn't even sit on the loungers hence....nowhere to sit outside the hotel itself. Such a shame that all these little things build and in turn let it down as a 4 star advertised hotel. Now for the positives... The view from the room of the sea is beautiful It is literally across the road from miles of sandy beaches There are a couple of lovely restaurants nearby that are open from 12 noon for brunch/dinner and reasonably priced. The area itself is super quiet and feels safe enough as a solo traveller.

GGuest UserWhile the price booked via Ctrip was quite affordable at the time, I still wouldn't recommend staying here. The hotel had an indescribable, unpleasant fragrance, and the air conditioning unit also emitted a strange smell, which was simply unbearable. My husband wanted to leave on the very first day of our stay, but having already paid, we decided to tough it out. There are some restaurants, supermarkets, and eateries nearby. Taxis are sometimes easy to find, but at other times they're scarce. To fellow Chinese travelers, if you have other options, I'd strongly advise against staying here!

HHaidenghaimuduyuThe surrounding neighborhood has amazing bars and restaurants. Everything was great, except for a slightly cumbersome check-in process. For this price point, the room facilities are a bit dated, but the cleanliness was absolutely fine. I was pleasantly surprised to find free slippers, toiletries, bottled water, and coffee in Barcelona. The front desk staff were also very nice, and the bellhop proactively brought my luggage to the room. Good enough for me!

CCatWild86A hotel review for Hotel SB BCN Events: Hotel SB BCN Events: A Fantastically Fun and Surprisingly Serene Stay! Forget what you think you know about ”business” hotels, because the Hotel SB BCN Events is a delightful surprise that's packed with fun, positive vibes, and a truly relaxing atmosphere! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. The check-in was a breeze, and we were whisked away to our room, which was an absolute dream. The decor is modern and sleek, but the big, fluffy beds and the incredible natural light made it feel cozy and welcoming. I'm pretty sure I could have spent my entire trip just lounging on that bed and gazing out the window! But then we discovered the rooftop pool... and the game was officially changed! Holy wow. The views are breathtaking, and it's the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy a cocktail. The atmosphere is so relaxed and happy; it's like a little slice of paradise right in the city. And the poolside bar staff? Absolute legends! They were so friendly and made the most delicious drinks. Even the hotel's location, which might seem a little outside the city center, is a huge plus! It's so peaceful and quiet at night, and we loved the feeling of escaping the hustle and bustle after a day of sightseeing. Plus, the public transport connections are super easy, so getting to the main attractions was never a problem. We actually enjoyed the short ride, as it gave us a chance to see more of the city! The food at the hotel was also fantastic. We had a lovely dinner at the restaurant, and the breakfast buffet in the morning was a feast! So many options, all so fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to fuel up for a day of exploring. Overall, our stay at Hotel SB BCN Events was an absolute joy. It’s a place that manages to be stylish and sophisticated, yet still feel incredibly friendly and fun. We left feeling refreshed, happy, and already planning our next trip back. If you're looking for a hotel that goes above and beyond to make you feel special, this is the place for you. Five stars and two enthusiastic thumbs up! 👍👍

AARC5555The hotel is very new and has nice rooms with a great view on the higher floors. Especially the balcony is nice. The rooms are spacious and bright, equipped with all necessities like a safe or a hairdryer. For special equipment like a kettle you need only ask at reception. The check in was quick and convenient, rooms can be reached quickly by elevator. There is one restaurant and one Café, the breakfast buffet in the restaurant is rich and tasty. Also the rooftop bar with an indoor and outdoor are including the small infinity pool is great, but I imagine it being crowded during high season. The location of the hotel is decent yet not perfect. It is roughly a 5-10 min walk to the nearest Tram or Subway station (probably El Maresme Forum) and there is also a big shopping mall. The beach is a 20 min walk, alternatively you can use bus H16 only 5 min from the hotel to get to most beach areas along the coast. There are also some small shops and bars nearby, but not the best. Now the downside, the hotel seems to be next to a rundown living quarter with shady people hanging around. To get from the hotel to the city by subway or tram, plan around 25-30 min. The service was friendly and the room was cleaned very well every day. Only once it happened that at around 11:30 a hotel employee knocked our door angrily and said loudly „Checkout“, but we have booked for several more days. He apologized after I told him, obviously he got the wrong room, but still this communication error shouldn’t happen in a 4star hotel. Also one day we didn’t receive the free bottle of water even though we disposed of the previous empty one. Besides that, everything was good. All in all I would recommend this hotel for its nice views over the city, the new and clean rooms and the competitive prices. The city as well as the beach require 15-30 minutes travel time on public transportation, so a Hola Barcelona card is recommended.

AAaron II enjoyed my stay here, and I will stay here again. Great little studio apartments, nestled in a striking historical building right next to a small, well-used park. Plenty of restaurants and bars around and 5 minutes walk to the train station. I loved the balcony with a view over thevport out to the Mediterranean Sea. My only downer is that it would be great if it had a washing machine and an electric kettle.
