great place to stay several nights, friendly staff, nice breakfast, gym, and if you are staying for two nights or more you'll get a public transport card free which was useful.
I recommend this hotel with no doubt.
thank you!!
The hotel's service facilities are absolutely first-class. The exclusive hotel's Spa3000 facilities give hotel guests many preferential privileges. I would like to recommend it to everyone. The surrounding environment is beautiful, surrounded by mountains, and the hot spring facilities are world-class, which beats all hot spring hotels in China. Accommodation includes buffet breakfast and formal dinner.
We chose this place as it was close to Nordkette but unfortunately the hill wasn’t open so we had to go into town for the ski buses. Still, very convenient and there is a Spar next door to stock up. Hope the gym can be improved a bit but otherwise a lovely stay.
The hotel isn't too far from Innsbruck Central Station, about a 10-minute walk according to navigation. It's very close to attractions like the Golden Roof and Maria-Theresien Street, and the Imperial Palace is also nearby, all within easy walking distance. The hotel is clean and quiet, making it an excellent choice for travelers, and is highly recommended.
I stayed in this small city because of skiing. The hotel is average, the room is not big, the breakfast is not good, the building opposite is being renovated, and there is the noise of throwing garbage very early. The only saving grace is that the window faces the castle
With a stay at Safestay Kitzbühel Centre in Kitzbühel (Altstadt Kitzbühel), you'll be steps from Hahnenkamm Ski Area and Casino Kitzbuehel. This hostel is 15.8 mi (25.4 km) from Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn and 0.1 mi (0.2 km) from Aquarena Kitzbuehel.
Make use of convenient amenities such as complimentary wireless internet access, a television in a common area, and a vending machine.
Featured amenities include express check-out, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
Make yourself at home in one of the 6 guestrooms featuring microwaves. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Bathrooms have showers and hair dryers. Conveniences include safes and separate sitting areas, and housekeeping is provided daily.
Definitely need to give 5 out of 5 stars for this.
Breakfast has sooo many varieties. They even have special menus during new year . We spent our new year eves here.
The wellness area i would definitely recommended. The best part ever during travel and in winter.
I love all the spa sessions especially physio therms .
This hotel has constructions ongoing so it could be very annoying when construction working is right outside your room. We demanded to change to a different room. The hotel was accommodating. But the cleaning service for the new room didn’t arrive until after 6pm. Combining daily cleaning with turndown? Amazing! So we said no to room cleaning. Service at this hotel leaves a lot to be desired.

GGuest UserNot our first and it won't be our last stay at the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol, but we are used to a different service. This time the room wasn't as clean as one is used to from the Kempinski Hotel Das Tirol. There was dirt and hair on the floor. The room was dated.
JJohn Vincent (JV)*Reading the reviews prior of booking, one comment sticks in my mind was this hotel is a scam. First, I don’t believe as could be different experience. Also some says, staff are nice and friendly but there are also rude staffs.*
I was transferred to this hotel, i booked *junior suite* room with double sized bed. Sounds good right ? But it’s so, so.
Prior to check in, their policy is 2:30 pm. on the app is 2 pm. I arrived 1:36 and the reception want to charged me 15 euros, Instead I wait. She is rude, it reminds me the reviews, she is No customer service background.
The view from window is amazing, room is clean, bed is comfortable. However, shower is too short from the corner, I’m small but still not able to stand. Toiletries is on place, no room sleeper for cold floor. No mini bar, no tea or coffee (available in reception with charge), no pen and paper on desk and other basics on 4 star categories. The room is on attic, limited low ceiling.
Breakfast was basic, by the way the 2 young ladies are friendly, could be the trainees. What nice from selection is fresh orange juice from the machine, and freshly slice cured meat. The same lady from the reception is touching food with bare hand. Thanks I’m done of breakfast.
Sauna is stated as part of hotel facilities however it’s not functional on my 2 days stay. Reception said you have to wait 1.5 hours or to have notice ahead of time.
Overall, my first visit in Innsbruck was great however with this hotel was the last. Not guests service oriented.
GGuest UserThe location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The 12th-floor terrace offers fantastic views. My room had large windows, perfect for enjoying daily mountain and sun views. Breakfast was also good and quite filling.
GGuest UserFor the price we paid (€350/night) we expected more. More helpfulness from the front desk, more attention given to the aesthetics of the room, and more care from housekeeping. The hotel charged us an additional €200+ euro to add our children to our two king suites. We found this outrageous Housekeeping did not replace our used coffee cups on our second day, so we had to clean them ourselves. The bath towels were thin and scratchy and were barely bigger than a dish cloth. Although many restaurants in town were closed due to the holiday, the hotel also closed its restaurant, so we ended up ordering take out from a falafel place. What “4-star” hotel doesn’t offer its guests a dining option when they know they are at least a20-min walk from any nearby eateries? We were quite disappointed with this stay and cannot recommend it in good conscience.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel itself was luxurious, with beautifully designed interiors and a high-end feel. The location was average—not too far, but not very convenient either.
Service was a bit mixed. One staff member wasn’t very welcoming, which left a poor first impression. However, another staff member was fantastic and went out of their way to help us book a taxi when we were running late for our train trip—truly a lifesaver!
The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection of delicious options that added to the overall experience. Despite some minor hiccups, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay.
PParttime travellerI recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and enjoy local dining options. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which was a huge plus.
Breakfast: The breakfast variety was impressive! There were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and pastries, which provided a great start to my day.
Bar:The hotel bar was another highlight of my stay. It had a cozy atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The cocktail selection was creative, and the staff was attentive and friendly, making it a great spot to relax and socialize.
SSock KengNice room with bathtub. No air con in room, luckily there is a portable air cooler in room which helps a little in summer.
Nice mountain views from room; location is not near to Innsbruck city, but friendly reception lady provided 2 guest cards to us allowing us to take free bus J line (2 mins walking distance from hotel) which brings us to City & also cable car station, frequency of bus J is around every 10 mins, so very convenient for us as hotel has free parking lot for our car.
Only issue encountered is reception lady told me she couldn’t see breakfast included in my booking, so I contacted Trip.com chatline via web call & issue got resolved in 10mins after Trip.com contacted their agent, great service from Trip.com!
TTxuebiDefinitely need to give 5 out of 5 stars for this.
