Overall the service is good, especially the waiters in restaurant, the maintenance workers, they are polite and friendly. Much appreciated their service. Only 3 ladies in reception were not good of service due to reconfirming my booking more than 5 times! This is not acceptable! I already provided the booking number by your email but still found my booking, very annoying and wasting my time to visit reception due to they blocked my access card of room.

The best riad of our trip to Morocco. The riad is located deep in a beautiful garden near the walls of an ancient kasbah. There are magnificent roses growing near the house. There is a private parking for your car. Each room is decorated in its own color. The balcony of our orange room offered a breathtaking view of the garden. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and worked without interruption. They prepared a very tasty dinner for us in the garden in the open air. The breakfast was also excellent. But of course the best impressions are left from communicating with the owner Hassan. His hospitality and cordiality leave no doubt that we will recommend his riad to all our friends. We will definitely stay there again if we return.

When I arrived after making the reservation, I found out that the amount I had paid was only a deposit, and that I would have to pay an additional $250 to use the services, including the camel ride. It was an unpleasant experience. However, the experience after paying the extra fee was fantastic. The staff were very friendly, and the facilities were better than I expected, so I was able to stay comfortably.

We stayed here as 2 families with kids, the hotel is old but is well maintained and clean in, However we got a beetle in room which was not pleasing during the visit. We also took option of half board with breakfast and dinner but food options seemed limited Staff was very courteous and helpful - overall stay was good. The bathroom need to have ventilation and kettle in room will be much appreciate

Facilities: The overall facilities are ok, and the air conditioning is very fast in cooling and heating. The only drawback is that the water temperature and water pressure in the bathroom are unstable, and there is no exhaust system. Hygiene: The room is very clean. Environment: The hotel environment is very good, with retro Moroccan-style buildings. It is about 30 minutes drive from Ben Haddou Village, and it is also convenient to go to the town center and surrounding restaurants. Service: The hotel service is standard and enthusiastic.

The apartment is near the airport. It's great for 4 to 6 people. Rahma was a great host. She came after 5 min we call her. In the apartment they have blander and all the other things needed for cooking on your own food. She was very kind.

The food was excellent and served with love. The room was of a good size facing the valley. The decor was nice as well. The hotel staff were helpful. Maybe some carpets on the floor will help in the cold weather make it feel cozier.

It is better than expected. There are many hotels around the desert. This swimming pool is excellent for taking pictures. The car can drive directly to the entrance of the hotel. There is no need to take a camel to live in a tent in the desert. The scenery here is good enough.

Going to Melzuka, I didn't plan to live in a tent camp, so I chose this hotel on the desert side. The hotel owner is very enthusiastic. In the hotel, you can book a car and camel to watch the sunset in the desert. The desert car goes back and forth to the desert for about an hour and the camel for about 2 hours. We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, drove directly to the desert car to see the sunset, returned to the hotel for dinner, dinner was good, recommended vegetable taji pot. The next morning, I took a camel to see the sunrise and returned to eat breakfast. The breakfast category is simple, but clean and comprehensive. Our room type is quite satisfactory. Multiple people stay is very cost-effective.

Забронировали этот отель утром в день приезда . Действительно очень красивое и приятное место . Машину нужно оставлять в Мерзуге . Трансфер до отеля - Платный - 40 евро с человека . Можно на джипе , можно на верблюдах . Мы выбрали на верблюдах - это по факту прогулка , которую предлагают другие отели за деньги утром . На верблюдах путь занимает 1 час , на джипе 20 минут . Важно уточнить перед прибытием во сколько именно нужно прибыть , чтлды отправится именно на верблюдах до Кемпа . И обязательно уточнить что утром тоже нужны верблюды . Менеджер отеля отвечал только до бронирования . Утром когда мы напомнили на ресепшене про верблюдов - ресепшен был не в курсе и хотел чтобы мы поехали на джипе . А менеджер в ватсапе уже ничего не отвечал . Поэтому пришлось настоять , что нам обещали именно не верблюдах туда и обратно . В целом менеджер на ватсап не понравился в общении . А персонал у гостинице - замечательный ! Ужин состоял из 3 блюд : один суп, два таджина - один вегетарианский и один с курицей . В номере был газовый обогреватель 👍👍. Горячий душ , свой туалет . Но на музыку берберов мы ходили в соседний Кемп . Завтрак - омлет , кофе , чай, горячее молоко . Сладкое . Салат из овощей . В целом нам очень понравилось, кроме конечно того , что пришлось напоминать про трансфер на верблюдах и ждать пока они придут из города . Но так как мы никуда не спешили - все отлично ! До этого мы списывались с другим Кемпом - там трансфер бесплатный . Потому такой дорогой трансфер имеет смысл если на верблюдах . Утром бесплатный сандбординг
